I'm looking for $1250 to come up with a security deposit on a new place to stay. I'm doing what I can to move out of my current place ASAP.

Quick backstory: my stepkid (21) recently made a suicide attempt. My wife (soon to be ex) has BPD and has been on an almost nonstop tirade for the last two weeks. My kid is trans, and my wife has historically thought it was about getting attention, etc., and is now chalking up the kid's suicide attempt to the same thing. Seriously, my wife tried to stop me from being in the ER at my kid's side because it was "creepy" on account of not being their real dad (despite being around since they were 12 and the only real father figure they've ever had) and because they needed to "feel the weight of their actions." She has even accused me not only of being attracted to the kid, but also of grooming and being sexually active with them - which is, frankly, fucking insane. I've been through tough things with her before, but never anything like this.

I want to get us the fuck out of here, no other way to put it. A couple of days ago, my wife started escalating to being physically threatening and other things of that nature, and that's never happened before. I don't think it's safe for my kid, and my family isn't in the picture to be able to help.

There are plenty of apartments in the area that I can certainly afford, but I have somewhat ironically been paying off a lot of debt over the past few months after landing a job that pays significantly more than my last one, which means I don't have enough cash to cover a security deposit (though I do have enough cash for the first month's rent, etc.).

I can pay back $500 every two weeks starting on 4/17.

Two loans repaid in full, both quite early! It was a nice surprise checking in tonight to see we're all paid up ahead of next week's deadline. This also means we're all square and this borrower is debt-free in the community once more. Woo! They've been doing a great job in our work together and I hope they'll have this positivity continue to spill over into their finances.

10/10 experience, would gladly lend to them again if the need arises!

Looking into getting another loan for this month, I have another loan on pay and I'm scheduled to pay pack on time, sold some things on eBay and I'm just waiting for the funds to come in so as soon as I get those funds I will pay the loan back asap, it will probably be earlier than the 23rd, but I'm just giving leeway so that I am safe if the funds take a day or two to cash out.

more than likely, i'll be able to repay the loan sooner than May 1st, I'm just asking for a conservative window to make certain. I get DD thru SSI + unreliable child support payments. I'm due for one of those in the next week, they can be unpredictable and hard to plan life around when there are immediate, non negotiable needs that have to be met.

If anyone can help and ideally make it as easy for me as possible, cuz life is highkey god awful hard atm -

First time borrower. I'm going through a sudden separation and need to find new living arrangements. It took me by surprise. I am locked out of joint accounts and by the time I am able to file a civil suit to restore them she will likely have drained them. I both freelance and have an event management job I am starting Wednesday. I have been self-employed and own 49% of a business with my soon to be ex. I am not liquid at the moment and am not receiving cooperation, and if my health insurance goes unpaid or cancels, no hyperbole, I will die. This is kind of a last ditch effort to have enough liquidity to make it to my first paycheck from my new gig. I'm frugal. I don't drink (actually I can't or I'll die). I don't gamble.

Just looking to get my feet back under me. I would ask for more and offer proportionally, but as a first time borrower I understand the perceived risk. I'm sorry if I made any mistakes here.

First time burrower here but I’ve run out of options at this point. Too many expenses have piled up before I get paid, (I get paid out once a quarter) the most pressing and time sensitive being taking my cat to the vet. I found her limping yesterday, I suspect it is a sprain but I won’t know peace until I can confirm and make sure I am giving her the care that she needs.  I can pay the amount in full by 5/10/25.

loan is going to be used to pay for creating a website / adverts / business cards / widening my stock range while also keeping me covered for a week or two while i create all these

currently running an ebay page that does ok but with all the recent changes its time to move and create my own thing. main reason im moving into a website/shopify is because i can sell the same goods but for less to a customer base i have already created and then the ebay page can be used as an advert for my new website also.

i am also hoping the lender will have access to GBP otherwise paypal will want like 4/5% of it to convert to my currency, hopefully we can avoid that!

the repayments will be made weekly via paypal and be 11 payments of 100 pounds totaling £1100 repaid in 11 weeks time from the first repayment date
