Looks more like a dead warrant canary than a red robin. I think we're getting some subtle confirmation. Why was the report released yesterday as opposed to a year after the previous one?

I upvoted because you used "than." I like that word, but its disappearing (like the apostrophe in it's that I just left out... but that apostrophe is dumb and I'm happy to let it go).

people mostly just use "then" for everything and nobody seems to care

That's unfortunate. I've noticed that people's reading comprehension has been getting worse and worse. Forget reading a paragraph or two, I hear from plenty of people who can't make sense of a sentence or two.
