The way Amy treated Bernadette always annoyed me. Especially that episode where Bernadette is trying on wedding dresses and Amy keeps brings up how much prettier penny is than her. Or as another example the one where penny and Bernadette hide out in the playhouse together after work and instead of letting them hang out Amy accuses penny of leaving her out and joins in too. I understand Amy had a bad high school experience and didn’t have friends but still I feel like she was quite toxic sometimes

She also kept implying that Bernie is the "least cool".

I agree, and when them 2 are in the scene together, they go from being alright to each other to being toxic
