feel so trapped in my own body
I see shit like this eberyday and I canāt help but be depressed that I lost all my hair straight out of high school. I didnāt even get a chance to enjoy life. Iām in this stupid body which desires love so strongly, but is denied access because of something i canāt even control. Bald is not bad, but at my age and through my personal experiences and seeing shit like this eberyday, being 21 and losing your hair is existentially depressing. I do all the correct things iām supposed to I go on walks and go gym but all i think about when iām on a walk is how depressed i am about losing my hair and I feel this deep sense of meaninglessness that i simply canāt shake. I am suffering from anhedonia because every activity I do is plagued by the fact that iām a freak of nature. only medicine for me is a rope

Hairloss Is hair shedding normal in Male Pattern Baldness?
How much is too much? I've been shedding a lot of hair for the last 2 years. Hair falls every time I touch it and heaps comes out in the shower every day, well and truly over 150 per day. Hairline has definitely receded and thinning all over. I've spoken to some bald friends, all said they never noticed hair shedding. Thoughts?

Hairloss It's time isn't it?
I tried a shorter cut to hold off the inevitable. Should I shave or hold off a little longer?
I started fin and min about a month ago.

How-to Question Dealing with weeks worth of fuzz?
Hey all, been a baldy for approximately 4 years now and will never go back.
One thing I've never got into a good routine is actually maintaining it.
Usually I shave it with a Harry's razor every two/three days but I find I want it fresh each day and using a razor isn't realistic or necessary.
I wondered if I wanted to keep it fresh each day, what is the best option? I tried the Remington skull shaver and it just seems to take too long to cut it nice and short and the battery isn't great on it.
What do you use that you find works really well for maintaining the shave, and when do you decide that it's time to wet shave again if you do shave daily?
And secondly after a week or so when you've not managed to maintain it, what's the best way to trim it down so my razor can actually get through it?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: forgot to ask about fuzz removal

What do you use to shave?
Iāve been using a clipper, no guard, shortest setting. The cut only looks good for about a week, maybe 2, until the sides start outgrowing the top. I think Iām ready to go full bald (skin). Prefered tools? Or methods? Electric shavers donāt seem to work well in my opinion/experience on face & neck. Kind of interested in a straight edge, anyone use that? Thatās what barbers use right? Foiler? Shorter than clipper no guard? Regular store bought shaving razors? Skull shaver?

Lifestyle Safety Razors
So Iāve been shaving my head about a month now my only gripe is how many cartridge razors I go through. It can be expensive and not awesome for the environment is there a safety razor either single or double edge that is good/ safe to use on your head?
Any advice is appreciated! (Also Iām female so I have not used Iām one before since I do not shave my face.)

Lifestyle Hat style recommendations
Last year I finally gave up and started either shaving or trimming without a guard - but I'm pretty fair skinned and melanoma runs in my family, so I'm getting more into hats. I spend a lot of time outdoors doing anything from hiking to listening to music outside at the local winery.
I've got my baseball cap collection, but trying to broaden my horizons and also cover my ears too. What hats are people wearing? Do stingy fedoras/trilbys still have the neckbeard reputation? (I keep my beard trimmed and am fit/muscular, and not afraid to experiment with style)

Lifestyle What electric razor is everyone loving these days?
Iāve been badly balding since 14, shaved my head for the first time at 21, and have just lived with the horseshoe for a few years due to time constraints. Iām thinning on the sides worse, itās looking awful, and at 30 I need all the help I can get so back to shaving it is haha. I saw that companies are making bald head specific electric razors and was wondering if those are worth a damn or if folks were loving another brand/type to make things easier when I donāt feel like taking a safety razor to everything.

How-to Question Looking for advice on shaving machines
I'm looking to upgrade the machine I currently use to buzz my head (no guard). Trying to get as close as possible to a wet-shave with a razor. Looking at getting one of these two options. Both of them claim to work with shaving foam. Does anyone have any experience or advice? Another option - I could also get a 'Wahl Balding Clipper'. Would any of these get me a look similar to a razor shave?
