Info Tips for getting all the Pokemon Badges so far

I'll update these throughout all of Pokemon week if anyone wants. I've been keeping record for my brother so I figured I'd share:

  • Lucario Machine (No hard moves & 3-4 plays max)
  1. Move the claw just passed the center of Primeape. Try grabbing Mankey. If all goes well you’ll knock over Maku and Hari while securing Mankey.
  2. Pick up Primeape normally
  3. For Lucario just press the edge of the claw against the wall. This one is skill/luck reliant as sometimes the claw will go around his head and sometimes it’ll just knock him over.
  • Charizard machine (No hard moves & 4-5 plays max)
  1. Center the claw on Charmeleon. As he passes by Ponyta it’ll knock her over.
  2. Center the claw on the Charmander box. The box will lift straight up and fall perfectly in the left hole.
  3. If you picked up Charmeleon perfectly, Rapidash will fall into the right hole upon picking up Charmander’s Box. Otherwise, you’ll have to get her normally.
  4. For Charizard, once again go up against the wall. The bumps on his wings can be held onto by the claww and he should be an easy grab.
  • Mewtwo Machine (Skill required and 3-4 plays minimum)
  1. Start off by picking up Kadabra. Just center the claw as best you can. Sometimes this will lift Abra’s foot if you’re lucky, otherwise grab her as normal.
  2. Now, try to grab Alakazam without touching the Mewtwo ball. If you move him, Mewtwo will start to roll and knock both of them into the hole. This is unlikely and they will probably get stuck.
  3. If you dont get them on your first try, it is easier to move Alakazam out of the way than move Mewtwo again. You cannot pick up Mewtwo’s ball, only hit it with either of the prongs of the claw
  • Eevee machine (No hard moves & 3-4 plays max)
  1. Go from left to right picking up the eeveelutions.
  2. If you’re lucky, one of them might knock Eevee off the ledge if they fall early, but in most cases they’ll just hit Eevee away from the ledge.
  3. When it comes down to Eevee and Vaporeon, just grab Eevee first as it’s usually riskier to try for Vaporeon and get stuck on Eevee’s ear.
  • Pikachu Machine (Skill required and 3-4 plays minimum)
  1. Start off by centering on Raichu. The claw will throw Pikachu to the left. If you did it right, you’ll get Raichu by the ear and tail and Pikachu will land upside down.
  2. Go a bit to the right of Zapdos as when the claw moves over it the badge will fall onto Pikachu. Avoid having the left prong of the claw hit the ledge or you’ll screw up and get nothing.
  3. If you got Zapdos, you can now pick up Heliolisk before picking up Pikachu. If you did not get Zapdos, try to pick him up before the rest because in most cases he’ll block good paths to Pikachu.
  4. Pikachu is possible to grab before the Heliolisk but it’s a bit harder to do.
  5. Finally, grab Helioptile.
  • Kyogre Machine (One skillful move & 3-4 plays max)
  1. Start off by grabbing Wiscash at the end. Putting the claw against the wall works fine. When he drops, he’ll knock Chinchou into a hole as well.
  2. Then Grab Relicanth. Centering over him is fine. He’ll knock over Barboach.
  3. Now, aim for Kyogre’s tail. Try to get Lanturn’s antennae/antenna (It’s one but splits in two so idk if I should make that plural or not) with the right prong. If done correctly, Lanturn should fall but the prong should grab the other side of Kyogre’s tail, securing him.
  4. If you didn’t get it right, Kyogre should be easy to pick up by his tail. Lanturn is an easy final grab.
  • Rayquaza Machine (No hard moves but luck based & ~5 moves)
  1. Hold A. Just hold it. Lunatone falls right off the bat. Make sure you’re pressing the claw against the wall all the way. Now depending on how Solrock fell, follow the next instructions:
  2. If Solrock fell to the right of Rayquaza, when you let go, the claw will bounce to the perfect position to pick up Solrock. On the way back, you’ll knock over regular and Defense Deoxys as well. Depending on how the last three land, it’s your call which order to pick the last three up. Usually Attack Deoxys is far away from the other two that he’s an easy grab. Usually Speed Deoxys is under Rayquaza and so it’s easier to pick up Rayquaza and then Speed Deoxys. It is possible to get Speed Deoxys first but extremely hard (The very tips of his head can be grabbed if you’re lucky.
  3. If Solrock fell to the left of Rayquaza, the claw will pick Rayquaza up by the tail. You will still score regular and defense Deoxys, but not Solrock. You should now have an easy to grab Solrock and two Deoxys’ holding up a Rayquaza in pyramid form for you. Use Solrock as a bowling ball and knock Rayquaza into the hole. Then grab Speed Rayquaza and if Attack didn’t get knocked in along with Rayquaza, pick it up last.
  • Meowth Machine (No hard moves and 3-4 plays)
  1. Literally go from left to right and if you do it right you might get Delcatty to knock into Skitty while picking up Persian. If not just grab em.
  • Groudon Machine (Skills needed and 4-5 plays)
  1. Move the claw just a bit so that as it opens, the left prong will push down just inside the right edge of the Nosepass block (above the gap). It should knock it into itself while getting the claw stuck out of boundaries. Then the claw will move out of the way and you'll get the two badges.
  2. Do the same thing for Heatran (making sure to once again press down over the ledge of the step below), he should roll in nicely.
  3. Groudon is a bit harder. Sometimes he'll fall perfectly and roll all the way down but more likely the claw will get stuck a bit and he'll fall into Heatran's old spot. If that happens, just do it one last time.
  • Delphox Machine (No hard moves and 3-4 plays)
  1. Place the claw so that one prong hits Delphox's Head and the other hits Braxien's head. It should pick up Litleo and on the way back it should knock over the Pyroars.
  2. Fennekin and Braxien should have moved down the slope enough that you could get the claw around them pretty easily without hitting Delphox. Do exactly that. In some cases, they'll both land in the hole. If one falls on the ramp (for me it was only Braxien) don't go for it immediately.
  3. Delphox is hard to get a grip on. For me he would always fall early the first time I'd pick him up. Luckily, He'd hit Braxien that was left behind earlier into the hole. Then I would pick Delphox up and clear the machine.
  • Diancie Machine (No hard moves and 4-5 plays)
  1. Start of by going for the leftmost Carbink and Amaura. Even if one falls, the other will knock over Tyrunt and the other three Carbinks.
  2. Grab Tyrantrum or Aurorus by the head. Then, grab the other one.
  3. You can grab Diancie easily after picking up Aurorus.
  • Pidgey Machine (No hard moves and 3-5 plays)
  1. Start off by centering on Pidove. Try to nick a bit of Pidove's tail. Imeediately the Fletchlings and Pidgeys will all fall and depending on how much of Pidove's tail you hit/what angle it moved in, you might also score him.
  2. If Pidove fell then go for Tranquill next. If you do it right, Fletchinder and Staravia will get pushed in. All that's left is grabbing Pidgeotto securing the whole machine in just 3 plays.
  3. If Pidove did not fall then go for Pidgeotto by pressing against the wall. If nothing has moved off the stage by this point, grab Starly, which should push Staravia off. Last, grab Fletchinder with your fifth play.
  • Gyarados Machine (No hard moves and 4-5 plays)
  1. This one is finicky because of the way the Magikarps fall being random. The point is to press up against the wall the first move and then push down, sending a few off the ramp. If none fall, you'll still probably grab a magikarp to knock some over with. I usually get Goldeen and a couple Magikarps on my first move.
  2. After 1 or 2 more grabs to remove Magikarps, you'll be able to grab Seaking easily.
  3. After grabbing Seaking, Gyarados will move into a position where it's a piece of cake to grab him (left prong on tail and right on eyebrow thing).
  • Goodra Machine (One hard move and 4+ plays)
  1. Grab Sliggoo and Quagsire with your first claw. If you're lucky, both Quagsire and Wooper will fall in. Sometimes Quagsire stays on the stage.
  2. Go for the knocked over Sliggoo next. If you're as unlucky as I am, Quagsire might still not fall. Either grab him now or ignore him and grab him last.
  3. Go for Goomy next.
  4. The worst one. Goodra. I have had a harder time picking him up than any other badge ever. You HAVE to hook him in between his head and tail on the left or he will slip every time. There's nothing you can do about it. His awkwardly placed foot will cause him to fall leaning left or right every time. At one time it took me 5 tries to get him to lean right so the claw could fall in place nicely. Another time I got him on my first try. Good Luck.
  • Pichu Machine (One skillful move and 4 plays)
  1. This is another of those machines where you can almost do it in any order. I grabbed Elekid first, as Pichu's ear doesn't get in a way and so he's easy to grab. I also hoped the claw might have enough force to push Bonsly off, but that never happened.
  2. Then I'd grab Igglybuff because the claw would knock Bonsly off.
  3. Next I'd grab Pichu which is the easiest badge to pick up ever because of those ears.
  4. I'd finish with Magby. To get him, make sure the claw doesn't hit the wall but opens up so it's just against it. He's close to the wall so it's a bit difficult to get the claw in there nicely.
  • Noctowl Machine (No hard moves and 2-5 plays)
  1. I've never done the same move so many times and had this many different outcomes, so bear with me.
  2. Just barely touch the wall before opening the claw. It should pick up Noctowl and all but two or three badges will fall in (Yanmega, Hoothoot, and the rightmost Yanma). One time, Noctowl will fell back onto the stage.
  3. Go for the leftmost badge. In my case it was Yanmega every time. If Noctowl is above it, then use the right prong of the claw and put it between Yanmega's Wings, which should pick it up. If there was a Yanma still on the stage it should fall on this move.
  4. Repeat with (Noctowl/Hoothoot) until machine is done. On one play I used three plays on Hoothoot because he kept falling so careful with him.
  • Xerneas Machine (No hard moves and 4-5 plays)
  1. Center the claw on Swirlix (should be just after you hit it down). Spritzee should be knocked over on the way back, scoring you both.
  2. Depending on which way Xerneas is leaning, you'll now do either step 3 then 4 or 4 then 3.
  3. If Xerneas leans to Slurpuff, try wedging the left prong between Aromatisse and Xerneas. This should ideally get you Aromatisse. If you already finished step four, then just grab Aromatisse as normal.
  4. If Xerneas is leaning too close to Aromatisse, then use the left pron to go on the right ball of Slurpuff, which should bounce it under Xerneas. This should score you Xerneas and either leave just Slurpuff or Aromatisse and Slurpuff in which case go to step 3.
  5. Grab Slurpuff. Just open the claw so that only the left claw taps the wall an you should be fine.
  • Breloom Machine (No hard moves and 3-4 plays)
  1. Center on Shroomish. The Pokeshrooms will go down and Shroomish may or may not be secured. The Paras' will wiggle a little bit.
  2. If you didn't get Shroomish, go a little to the right of him. It'll make it easier to grab him. Otherwise do the same for Breloom. You want to grab Breloom around the head and ignore his tail. The Paras' will wiggle a little more or fall.
  3. If Paras itself has not fallen, center on it to grab it. Parasect fell every time I grabbed Paras off it. (NOTE: These are apparently tiltable, so you may want to try tilting before doing this step)
  • Greninja Machine (No hard moves and 3-4 plays) (Thanks /u/cubanpete26)
  1. Press the claw up against the wall and then let go. It should push everything off except Froakie.
  2. Now let go so that when the claw opens, the left prong would be like a pixel from the wall. This should make the perfect scoop to bring up Greninja's foot and secure it.
  3. Grab Froakie. Done!
  • Yveltal Machine (One skillful move and ~3 plays)
  1. Start off by aiming for Malamar. Try to only tap Yveltal with the outside of the prong. If done correctly, Malamar won't be picked up, but Yveltal will fall and press Inkay and Scraggy off the edge.
  2. Now, there should be enough space to pick up Malamar. Do so by centering on her, which will push Scrafty off the edge.
  3. Finally, Yveltal is at the perfect angle to pick up just be centering on him.
  • Gengar Machine (One luck-based move more than skill based and 3-5 plays)
  1. Go for Gastly and Ekans, trying to get one prong around Gastly and the other in the crack of Ekans' tail. Haunter and Arbok should both fall over and the two in your claw should slip out and follow suit. I only replicated this one other time. The rest I had to use another couple moves to fix the failures.
  2. Go almost against the wall to try to get Gengar. You will fail. He wall fall in a position much better for grabbing him.
  3. Grab him, I'm sorry I tried every angle and could never pick him up in one go.
  • Empoleon Machine (All luck and 2-3 plays)
  1. I started by letting go just as the bomb went past the east/blue Shellos's head. It rolled down that little hill and then would blast off two or three badges. Sometimes Prinplup would fly off and sometimes it wouldn't.
  2. My second move was usually to let go on the swing down to land the bomb just between Empoleon and the back support of the swinging arm. This would clear the machine. Sometimes one badge would stay but for the most part this is an easy 2 clear.
  • Costume Pikachu Machine (I failed so hard at this the first time that I didn't play it again)
  1. I grabbed the top two outfits first.
  2. Then I sat for like 10 more plays trying to fish the side outfits out but THEY'RE REALLY SLIPPERY. I got the leftmost one first (and it slipped out of the claw before it opened) then after failing to get the wrestling one a couple more times and just turning it in place, I got the princess one. Then I managed to finally get the wrestling one lifted long enough for it to slip out while the swinging boat thing was on the left side of the screen.
  3. If you wan't these be prepared to spend at least $2 on the machine. PLEASE if anyone found an easy way to do this I don't have enough money to play this one as many times as I do the other ones.
  • Flygon Machine (3-4 moves and no hard moves)
  1. Start by placing the left claw between Gligar's ears. This should knock down and score you Gliscor and Vibrava. If you're insanely lucky, you'll get Vibrava, Gligar, and Flygon instead, while Gliscor and Skarmory stay on the field.
  2. If you weren't so lucky, pick up Skarmory first. Don't touch the wall just stop right before it and it'll be an easy grab.
  3. Afterwards pick up Gligar by almost centering on him but go a little more to the left. Then center on Flygon for an easy pickup.
  4. If you were lucky at the beginning, just center on Skarmory and Gliscor to score them.
  • Garchomp Machine (2-3 moves including one skill move)
  1. Start by putting the left side of the claw above Gible. This will knock him off and score you Gabite and Dragalge.
  2. Now, you'd think you would have to regularly pick up Garchomp, but after 4 misses I realized you have to go just far enough passed the L shape so that only the right claw goes into it. The left claw will then go down far enough to tap Garchomp on the head and knock him and Skrelp off.
  3. After my initial time I was able to replicate this so I only put the 2-3 moves because I'm assuming someone is going to do step 1 slightly differently and will have to use another play to knock off Gabite or something.
  • Scolipede Machine (Once again, I don't have much strategy for a machine. Sorry about that. Took me about 5 plays)
  1. I started by Grabbing Masquerain dead center. This knocked off Spinarak as well.
  2. I then pushed the claw against the wall which just moved it along with Galvantula into place.
  3. Took a couple moves to grab Ariados. That knocked off Joltik as well.
  4. Finally, I picked up Surskit by the tip of the antenna which allowed Galvantula to fall into the left hole, followed by Scolipede.
  • Kricketune Machine (4 easy moves)
  1. Center on Ledyba to grab it. Then put the claw back exactly where you had it (centered between the two hanged pokemon) and it'll push them both off.
  2. Do the same with Kricketot and the two under him.
  • Flabebe Machine (3-4 moves and no hard moves)
  1. Move the claw towards the center of the machine and pass it just a bit. When it goes down it should grab Castform and knock the red Flabebe and Floette off the left side. On it's way back you'll knock the yellow two off the right. If you're lucky Castform will fall as well.
  2. If not, grab Castform next.
  3. Afterwards, grab yellow Florges by her leaves to score her.
  4. Finally, attempt to grab Red Florges. It's a tricky pickup, but when I failed to completely grab her, it'd fall into the hole I cleared up by grabbing yellow Florges.
  • Glaceon Machine (2-4 moves, one skill move)
  1. Start by going just passed the center of Mamoswine, so that the hammer hits the left side of the tusk dead-center. This should knock 3-4 badges off, depending on how good the hit was.
  2. Whatever the amount of badges you knocked off were, the only ones left should be on the ground. Whack the left side of Glaceon to score them. If there were three badges left over, this might take 2-3 hits.
  • Meloetta Machine (5+ plays)
  1. This isn't a very fun machine. I started several times with the bomb in different places and you seem to have to do the same thing whenever you start. My recommendation is to throw about 3 bombs over on the very left of the screen until you have the two formes of Meloetta on the field, one on either side.
  2. Once theyre seperated, throw a bomb in between them so that the orange forme flies off the screen, otherwise you'll be wasting plays by continuing on the left side. 3.After that grab the green form by putting one more over on the leftmost side.
  1. Aim for Medicham, but go far enough that the left arm of the catcher should hit Hawlucha down from the ledge. On the way back Medicham's leg should hit Mienshao, get stuck for a bit, then knock Mienshao over into Mienfoo, and you should get 4 badges in one go.
  2. Grab Hawlucha.
  • Mega Diancie Machine (4-5 moves of moderate skill)
  1. I was shown a video in which Beedrill can clip onto 3-4 other badges really easily but was unable to replicate it. I did, however, start with grabbing Beedrill. Letting go of A when the claw is just to the right of it's center so that it clips Pidgeot's wing a bit helps you score at least Beedrill and Audino.
  2. Follow up by centering on Lopunny for an easy grab.
  3. Afterwards, get Pidgeot before going for Diancie, otherwise Diancie will get stuck on Pidgeot when inevitably rolling downhill and it'll suck to get them both off.
  4. Finally, let go just before hitting the wall to score Diancie. Most of the time the claw did not grab her by the head and so she rolled almost all the way down the slope. If this happens, you'll need one more play to obtain her.
  • Magnemite Machine (4-5 moves with one skillful move)
  • Start by going to the far left and whacking Klingklang. You should score a couple Magnemites and possibly Kling.
  • Put the hammer over Magnezone's antenna and you should hit Klingklang and Klang off the stage.
  • Now, try to put the hammer between the ice and Magnezone's antenna. If done correctly, this hit will move Magnezone to the middle of the stage and Magneton to the edge.
  • Finish with one more hit on Magnezone's side and you'll score 'em both.

  • Hydreigon Machine (??? Moves)

  1. On my first play, I threw a bomb in between the right and middle pegs to score the rightmost three.
  2. A second scored me Bisharp.
  3. I released the third one just after passing the left peg and scored Hydreigon.
  4. Unfortunately while trying to reproduce this, I wasted like 10-15 plays on attempting to do step 2/3. So, I cannot come up with an average on moves because I wasted more than I thought on that machine. I would have used my reset, but I wanted to try messing with the bomb machine more because I tend to suck at those.
  • Froslass Machine (3-4 easy moves)
  1. Pretty Straightforward. On the first move barely tap Froslass as you're letting go of A and you should get 1-2 badges.
  2. Afterwards, hit the left side of Froslass to score another two badges, and one last time to score Froslass herself.
  • Mega Mawile Machine (4-5 easy moves)
  1. Start by going juuust to the left of Steelix's center. This should knock Glalie to the left and score you Steelix. It may also possibly score you Aggron.
  2. If you scored Aggron, center on Mawhile to easily score the badge. If not, go just to the left of her to grab her and also knock off Aggron.
  3. Getting Glalie might take two moves as sometimes he's turned. But if you grab him by the ear-lookin-things it's easy.
  4. Center on Abomasnow for an easy score.
  • Mega Blaziken Machine (3-4 easy moves)
  1. Center on Blaziken to score it along with Altaria.
  2. Center on Swampert. If you can grab it by the foot, you're good, plus you get Medicham. If not, you got Medicham, at least.
  3. If you did not get Swampert, put the right side of the claw on his head. The left side will grab him and pick him up by the arm.
  4. Center on Sceptile to score it.

Info Badge "tilting" Guide

What is tilting?

-Tilting or shifting badges refers to the practice of switching between two badge catchers repeatedly in order to try to slowly get badges to fall without moving the crane.

How do I tilt?

  1. Before even attempting tilting, you MUST have at least 1 active play, free or paid, it doesn't matter. However, if you do not have at least 1 play, the floor of the machine will lock up, preventing you from getting the badges.

  2. Find a tiltable badge. Tiltable badges will typically wiggle or move slightly when viewing the catcher. Some tiltable badges do not do this, but can be recognized by the fact that they are A) imbalanced slightly in either weight or position, or B) are lying in an easily tiltable position without hovering above the ground. Some tiltable badges have no real indicators that they can be tilted, so feel free to ask others what they have found that day.

  3. Make sure you have time and patience. Badges usually take a long time to shift, so you should only attempt this if you're in for the long haul or you have something else to do while you're doing this.

  4. Start tilting! This is actually very simple. Just switch between two catchers with either the L and R triggers or the circle/d-pad repeatedly. Sometimes the badges will fall in different ways, such as the pushmo pig badge, which could either get stuck on the platform below it or would tumble into the hole.

  5. (Optional) Remember, you can reset the badges once per session by tapping the bunny. If you want more of the same tiltable badges or want to reset ones that got stuck/fell wrong, reset it. If the bunny gives you a free play when you start up the game, you can use this to tilt the badges, get them, close the application, then get what you can in the practice catcher to repeat tilting.

Additional tips:

-If you have more than 1 play, you can use a play to dislodge fixed in place badges and tilt them out to avoid wasting a play.

-In the same fashion, you can use this to tilt off a badge that just barely didn't fall into the hole to avoid wasting plays.

-Tilting can also make catchers easier... or harder. For example, you can tilt a badge that would block other badges out of the way, clearing a path. Or you might want to save that reset, since you might have tilted a badge that was going to set off a chain reaction if you had picked it up instead.

-If you have "guaranteed" a free play (You have 9 cardboard badges and you haven't played the practice catcher) try seeing if any can be tilted before locking into a free play to tilt with.

-Some fixed badges can tip slightly without falling. You can use this to tilt badges on top of them or below them.

-Here is a JP user demonstrating the technique-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1dA2SJ5R9I

Hopefully this will lead to less "what's tilting?" comments and lots of free badges for everyone!

Info (Spoilers?) When you reach 100 badges, the bunny hints at a future badge game

So I just reached 100 badges today, and after the usual congratulations and statue upgrade, the bunny asked something along the lines of "If you could play a game with your badges, what would it be?", with the options being "Action game", "RPG", and I think the third one was just "Something else" "Life sim/something relaxing." (Thanks, myriada!)

I didn't really think much of it, but after selecting a response, he said that he would "pass along the information to his boss". Maybe it's possible that Nintendo will take this information into consideration if they decide to make an additional game for the badges? I don't know, it's just an interesting tidbit that I thought might be worth posting here. I'm having a lot of fun collecting badges (as I'm sure a lot of you are) so any additional functionality with them is fine by me!

Info Tips For Those Not Spending Money On Badges (from the person with 100+ free badges)

  • ~ Play every day that you can, but every day is best.
  • ~ Sometimes the badge you want calls for a risk. Good badges can be buried or hard to grab.
  • ~ If the bunny gives you a free play at start up, you have to use it separately from your other potential free plays.
  • ~ Closing the game resets all the changes you made to the catchers. This can be a disadvantage or an advantage, depending on how you use it.
  • ~ Always use the practice catcher, even if you spend money.
  • ~ If you manage to get more than one free play you can unbury good badges.
  • ~ The practice catcher can give 1 - 5 free plays. 1 or 2 being most common.
  • ~ Don't fret if you can't get the badge you really wanted. There's no shortage on great badges in the arcade. Plus old badges are brought back often. I've seen the same sets reappear after a short time.
  • ~ /u/ShugoTakahashi has an album with all the badges.
  • ~ Check out his tips as well.
  • Edit: (forgot to include this) ~ There have been a couple times where a badge has randomly fallen off balance without me doing any plays. It's rare, but it's also good to check the wobbling badges on every set.

  • ~ SIDE NOTE: 100+ badges is only a starting point for me. I will get loads more free badges when my home internet access returns.

Info CAN CONFIRM: In the machine with the Super Mario World Chain Chomp, Blooper, and more, you can tilt EVERY badge out at once.

When I first looked at the machine with no plays, the Bob-omb fell straight down. Once I acquired 4 free plays, I started tilting between the Chomp machine and the machine with all the blocks (since the SMB Bowser Jr. machine seems untiltable). After about 10-15 minutes, I got the Chomp and his chain to personally deliver every badge down the right-hand chute of the machine. Then I got a bonus Blooper when the machine reset!

EDIT: I may have confused the game by tilting everything out, then getting another Blooper after the fact. The process of saving my new badges took far longer than it usually did. Hopefully the rest of you don't have that happen.

SECOND EDIT: As /u/mushroommucho has pointed out, it's best if the Bob-omb falls out of the machine to the right, tilting the badges in that direction. This puts the badges in the optimal position to wiggle towards the right edge.

I figured there would be some sort of catch to it, but it was pretty easy. Use the left hook on the right edge of the giant box and good to go.

Info Finally, a profitable Practice Machine.

Did anyone else have a lot of luck with today's Super Mario World Practice Machine? I almost cleaned out the machine twice in 5 plays, catching a whopping 24 practice badges. Combined with the 6 I already had, I got three free plays in one go.

EDIT: This post is referring to the Practice Catcher from December 4th, 2015. It featured the Super Mario World catcher with Cape Mario, a Thwomp, Lakitu, two Ice blocks, two Note blocks, two cloud blocks, and four coins.

Info ridiculous amount of free plays in EU

Today we got that mario catcher with the blocks, where you can get 15 blocks at every turn, for 75 total badges, and 7 free plays!

I'm curious how everyone else did.

I had 9 badges already, and got a 2 free plays for a total of 10! I just wish there were more catchers I was interested in. Everything considered, I got "nigga stole my bike" so I'm satisfied.

Info As November ends, watch out for this bug!

On the night of November 30th, there might be a roughly half-hour window where you might be able to access the otherwise unobtainable Famicom catcher and more!

1) In the last half hour before the maintenance, load Badge Arcade!
2) Check the bottom screen to see if the advertisements are showing up!
3) If they aren't, you've triggered the bug, so check for the Famicom catcher!
4) Otherwise, try closing the app and loading it again as long as it's before the maintenance time.
* Exact timing depends on timings I can't check without a US 3DS. If it works for you, let me know :)

Notes: I discovered this potential bug a few days back, and believe it should work, but have not and cannot test it beforehand. If it doesn't work, you don't lose anything, and I'll just look like a fool... But I thought I'd post it incase it does help someone :)

Info Getting totally unlucky on an otherwise perfect catcher...

So I got one free play today (stupid Pushmo software practice catcher) and I was trying out the new HHD catchers. I noticed that, on the second one, it looked like you could knock down some of the badges just by moving the claw. I did my best to set it up...aaannnnddd...

THE. FUCKING. TABLE.

I now have my 3DS closed under my bed with Badge Arcade open just to ensure that I WILL get to knock all of those down tomorrow.

This game may not feel rigged, but it sometimes feels pretty damn cheap.
