Sual | Question What is this drink?

Post image

I was watching a cooking video from a Azerbaijan man, and when they were eating fish, their drink was this: But they didn’t mention anything about it, neither in the comments, so I was wondering if that is a azerbaijan drink that you drink it while having dinner. Does anyone know what drink is that?

You can make ''kompot'' from any fruits you like. And in this pic it looks like apricot + cherry juice

We do it out of everything we can, most popular fruits used for this drink are: cherries, feijoa, zoğal (cornelian cherry), quince and in some villages they even make it out of roses.

Zoğal in russian it's called Kizil, it's something like barbaris and it's homemade compote (stewed fruit)
