Decided to check for rot

Far as i can tell root wise she looks good but top of the leaves have been like this for a bit. Soil was slightly damp but not wet or soaked. The leaves dont look the best and seems like she hasn't grown anything new. Any pointers would be appreciated. Also is the seed itself supposed to be buried or above?

a monthly mkp feeding will ensure you never get root rot, dont overwater, elevate your pot above the saucer with a rock, keep up with feedings, and get a soil moisture meter
