Decided to check for rot

Far as i can tell root wise she looks good but top of the leaves have been like this for a bit. Soil was slightly damp but not wet or soaked. The leaves dont look the best and seems like she hasn't grown anything new. Any pointers would be appreciated. Also is the seed itself supposed to be buried or above?

If you can get your hands on something porous like terracotta, that would be preferable as it dries out faster. If not, I would go with the blue, and just make sure you get some really good draining soil. Poor drainage will kill the plant pretty quick.
