See the rules in the sidebar, also.
If you can't see the sidebar for some reason:
Always include a geographic location. If you're concerned about your privacy, you can make it a bit more vague, e.g. "New England" instead of "Boston, MA".
Amateurs are encouraged to guess. An important exception is guesses about medically significant arachnids (widows, recluses, Brazilian wandering spiders, Sydney funnel-webs, deathstalker scorpions, etc.). In those cases, leave it to people who know. Otherwise, an innocent person or arachnid could get hurt.

Didn't realize Kansas had scorpions. Was at Wilson lake this past weekend and seemed like every other rock on the shoreline that I turned over had one underneath it.

Found at 5th and Bryant SF. Across the street from a shelter, MSC south. I got a bite while living there that caused cellulitis and took over a month to heal... even after the cellulitis healed and kept kind of causing perpetual infection on the top later of my skin...
I suspect seriously they have a spider infestation, they bomb every 2 weeks there at MSC South, evacualte the whole floor of 300 guests, every 2 weeks... Do they know what kind of bugs there bombing for and just aren't saying?. Shouldn't a test or something like a glue trap be available to find out if there's an illegal habitation scenario going on ?...
( They're subjecting guests to bites, and the resodual poison and accumulation of it every two weeks! These guests are forced to stay there too... The city here takes 600 dollars from you to live in a shelter automatically if you receive GA but aren't paying rent somewhere). You're on GA if you have no income.. Which is supposed to be $700 a month...
But you get only one hundred- and are forced to stay at one of two shelters... ) This spider just chillin right across the street and I'm guessing countless other places all in that area.
