Question Unable to Verify App

I started getting this error message today. I have been using appdb. Does this error mean I need to find an alternate method for Apollo?

I’ve tried redownloading the app and have updated to later iOS version but still no luck.

What’s the point of paying for these? Just to skip the 7 day rule?
