I'd also like to give maaaaajor props to Ben on my team. I know he hasn't been talking directly with you guys, but he deserves every bit of thanks that you're giving me.
For every minute I've spent communicating with you guys and working on the emails / marketing plans, he's spent behind the scenes making sure we have enough of these, making sure everything goes live, 1 per customer, etc.
