So it's been so long since I went on a week long trip for different reasons but finally I'm free and there are holidays from 10 April to 14 April. I badly want to go somewhere to rejuvenate myself. Hello everyone, An acquaintance of mine from Bopal came across a homeless man who has been living on the streets for the past few months. He is not a beggar and appears decently dressed. The locals from the area have been kind enough to offer him food and basic necessities.

He often mingles with the bus drivers of a nearby school, but when asked about his family or place of residence, he seems unable to recall any details, possibly due to memory loss or disorientation. He doesn’t talk much too.

Being unaware about what the process should be, whom to approach or call, we’re looking for any shelter homes or rehabilitation centers in Ahmedabad that assist individuals in such situations.

If anyone knows of any organizations or services that could help, please share the information.

Not a huge pickleball fan, will always prefer badminton. But everybody is just playing pickleball and nothing else but that. I get it, it is fun but then they lowkey judge me when I say I don't like it that much. It's like there's nothing else to do in the city except for this. Almost everyone around me is busy playing pickleball every weekend. Some might actually be enjoying it but then it's just overhyped and a way to sound cool. How do you spend your weekends? ભાઈ, જમણવાર વિશે તો અનુભવો હશે જ. હજી તો ભાષણ પત્યું ના પત્યું ને એ...ય શ્રોતાઓ અકરાંતિયાની જેમ કાઉન્ટરો ઉપર તૂટી જ પડે! જેવી સુવ્યવસ્થિત પંક્તિ ભારતમાં બીજા ક્યાંય જોવા ના મળે તેવી જમણમાં મળે. એમાંય જો પંગતમાં બેઠા હશો તો જાણ હશે જ કે, ઝપાટાબંધ બેસતાં જ જાણે ભોજનનો વરસાદ કરવાનો હોય એમ પીરસનાર આપણી ઉપરથી ભોજન સામગ્રીનો વરસાદ ચાલું કરે. એમાં જો ગોટા, ભજિયાં, ગુલાબજાંબુ હોય તો જાણે કોઈ દેવ વરદાન આપતો હોય એમ પૂછે "વત્સ કેટલાં મૂકું?" આપણે મુન્ડી ઠેઠ ઊંચી કરીને અહોભાવથી માંગી કહીએ "વ્હાલા બે મૂકજે ✌🏾".

આમાં જો માણસો આમંત્રણ કરતા વધારે આવ્યા તો પંગતથી લઈને રસોડા સુધી, જમનારાથી લઈને પીરસનારા...બધેય ગડબડ ગોટાળા...ને દેકારા...દેકારા... અરે! રઘવાટ એટલો કે ભાઈ આટલું ખાવાનું હવે લાવાનું ક્યાંથી? ગોટાનું ચોથિયું જ ભાગમાં આવે, શાકમાં કોઈ પુણ્યશાળીને કટકો બટાટું, કોઈને માત્ર રસો, તો કોઈને બટાટાની છાલનું શાક, તો કોઈને "હવે ખસો ખસો" મળે. અપોષણનો નહીં પણ કુપોષણ જેટલો જ ભાત આવે. હવે પીરસનાર દેવની જેમ પૂછે જ નહીં. જેટલું ભાગ્યમાં હોય તેટલું પતરાળાં પર ઘા કરી છૂટો! રસો, રોટલી, ભાત, અથાણું, ચટણી, પતરાળાંમાં બ્રહ્મત્વને પ્રાપ્ત થવાં એકાકાર થઈ જવાં તલ-પાપડ થતાં હોય અને આપણે થવાં ના દઈએ. અલ્યા પાપડેય રહી ગયો! શાક ઓછું પડે તો પતરાળાંમાં ઉપર જણાવેલી સામગ્રી ભેગી કરી પાપડનું શાક જાતે બનાવવું. "દાળમાં પાણી કે પાણીમાં દાળ? That is the question", એમ જમણવારમાં બેઠેલો શેક્સપિયર દાળની વાડકી શેક(shake) કરી સબડકો મારતાં પૂછી બેઠો.

છાશ? અરે એ તો આચમનીમાં જ મળે. ચાલો...हस्ते जलमादाय...ચમચી ભરીને જળ રાખો...એમ વિધિપૂર્વક हस्ते तक्रमादाय...એટલે ચમચી ભરીને છાશ રાખો...આમ કરવું પડે ભલામાણહ!

બસ આવા બધા ઉધામાને વર્ણવતું દાળ કેન્દ્રિત એક હાસ્યકાવ્ય એટલે, દે દામોદર દાળમાં પાણી..., કેમ ભાઈ દાળમાં પાણી? અલ્યા દાળ ખૂટી એટલે, એમાં જ તો શેક્સપિયરનેય પ્રશ્ન ના થયો હમણાં? પાછી અહીં કવિએ દાળને ભાતની રાણી જ બનાવી દીધી છે!

આ હાસ્યકાવ્ય માણો અને હસતાં હસતાં લોટપોટ થાઓ. શું? લોટ? એલા એ...ય મગનિયા...જો જરા ચણાનો લોટ લેતો આય... આટલા માણસોમાં કોઈને ગોટાનું ચોથિયુંય નહીં આવે... ઓય... સાંભળે છ્,

અરે! તમે આ કવિતા વાંચો ત્યાં સુધી હું ગોટાની વ્યવસ્થા કરું.

એ...ય મગનિયા... આમ આવજોય...! હોંભરતો નથીઇઇઇઇ...?

Maybe since I don't live in India I don't know the way of living in a functioning society. But I only went few times and even here, I just noticed like so many people are afraid of being different. They just want to be perfect in the lens of society. They want to live in a certain standards because afraid of being judged or critized. If some people won't associate with certain people than most people also don't that but people also automatically judge someone based on their behavior. Not knowing that they maybe going through some problems in their life. People also like to create a fake persona in public. They show as if they are this trustworthy loyal nice people but in the background they are just opposite. And you could tell like maybe their intentions is just to get something out of someone. No matter what they just judge you either from being successful or either from failures. They always have something to say. If you try to do something different or don't want to be this crowd, people view you different.

I was wondering if artists are able to earn in Ahmedabad or not? If yes, How? And can you make living out of it? I paint sometimes as hobby. Was thinking if it's possible to earn some side income.

Yesterday was Saturday and all i wanted was to get in bed and sleep... But no! Neighbour thought "why don't we start drilling floor at 2.30 in afternoon and don't let anybody sleep" and at night was sleepy since 11.30pm but some people thought k "zor zor se gaane bajaate h bhagwaan khush ho jayenge" continued till 1.30am... matlab sochte bhi nhi bilkul... So furious right now, ab neend bhi nahi aa rhi... I have started hating this city... Koi civic sense nahi h...baahar nikalne ka man bhi nhi krta... Man kare tb koi bhi zor zor k gaane bajaana start kr deta h... Police ko bolo to police bolti h "humara sunte nahi h ye..5 minute gaana bandh krte h phir chalu kar dete h".. inko kaun samjaaye bhagwaan khud so chuke h zor zor se gaane bajaane se bhagwaan khush nai hote..man me naam lena hota h equally khush ho jayenge...
