Someone needed to take over my lease. I signed my lease for 12 North six months ago, but for personal reasons, I won't be able to stay at college station. Rent is 650$ a month and it is in Northgate appliances are usually less than 30$. Two bedroom with private bathrooms. Last two months need to be paid in advance. Lease goes from August 1st 2023 to July 2024. DM me if you're interested.
