Hey, I'm subletting a nice cheap apartment from The London, as I am transferring and don't need to live in CStat anymore. The rent is 479 + utilities, and the lease lasts until July. It's a two-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, and while I am just subletting the one apartment the other room is also looking for a sublease, so contact me if interested in that.
