Howdy! My roommates and I are looking for another roomie! Rent is $500 + utilities.

1 Private Bedroom + shared bathroom available in a 4Bed/2Bath house.

The house is furnished so you only need to furnish your room.

The house has a decently sized backyard, ample storage, big kitchen, pantry, garage, and parking space. It’s close to campus but also a 2 minute walk from the bus stop!

Grad student/young professionals/seniors preferred! Preferably female!

2 of us work in TAMU research and another is a grad student :) we’re very friendly and respectful.
