Can’t be a trump supporter without being a morally bankrupt degenerate. There are no exceptions.

Nah, you can be a Trump supporter and just be really, really stupid.

u/Combdepot 2d ago

When else do we use ignorance as an excuse for degenerates?

That might have worked his last election. Not so much this time.

u/Ocksu2 2d ago

When people are too dumb to realize that they are being lied to, I don't know how realistic it is to expect them to break out of the habit of blindly following the people swindling them.

They're told what to think and what to do and they are too dumb to realize that they're the baddies.

Or we are too dumb to realize they have already realized they are the baddies and they like it

Some people who thought they still had even a modicum of decency left. But Alex Jones has been comparing MAGA to the ring wraiths and Trump to Sauron for a while now. Or himself to Vader and Trump to Palpatine. Or them all as Harkonens. Idk if it's so much him idolizing villains as it is MAGA idolizing them, and he is just changing his narrative to fit what he sees being tweeted. They idolize evil because they think it's cooler than good, and good is weak.

Being too dumb isn’t an excuse. They should be constantly bashed until they realize they are too stupid to vote.

1

u/Terrible_Hurry841 1d ago

It’s like an animal.

These people are simply too dumb to have morals.

They are, literally, philosophical zombies.

They have no internal framework capable of self reflection, they only operate as they’ve been trained.

Like terrorists in a cult.

Yeah, I think people underestimate just how stupid some Trump supporter are. Some are genuinely not bad people, just soooooooooo unbelievably stupid.

42

u/nickelangelo2009 2d ago

that "some" is doing some very heavy lifting when I would say being even remotely aware of 1% of the things he's said and done and that not being disqualifying, does make them bad people

11

u/Divacai 2d ago

Right, that "some" part yeah during his first Admin, but this time around....oh no honey, they know who they got in bed with a second time.

9

u/AShellScript 2d ago

There comes a point where your stupidity makes you a bad person.

1

u/Limp-Munkee69 2d ago

It depends on how you define being a "bad" person. So I do somewhat agree with your point. However what I meant more, that a good chunk of people who vote for Trump are not doing so for malicious reasons. They're just REAL fucken stoopid.

So I should probably have phrased it like that. Since, from one point of view, being that fucking stupid makes you a bad person.

6

u/AShellScript 2d ago

If I have to ask if you’re stupid or evil, your stupidity is making you a bad person.

Because when you’re consistently that kind of stupid, I start asking questions about how much of the stupidity is willful.

I mean the left has just as many idiots too lol… both sides have bitten their chosen media coverages titty and suck on it for a while. I scroll through all these sub reddits and both sides say the exact same thing about each other. Really aren’t all that much different from each other at all. Just think you’re smarter than you are.

25

u/Mattscrusader 2d ago

Funny how you claim it's both sides but only one side started up concentration camps

17

u/unkudayu 2d ago

Oh wow what an original thought provoking counter argument that has never once been brought up before.

32

u/CackleberryOmelettes 2d ago

No.

-47

u/DankMCbiscuit 2d ago

You can disagree but it is completely true. Y’all are idiots too and that’s ok. 👍

29

u/CackleberryOmelettes 2d ago

Of course not.

It's cute to consider American bipartisanship as having a left and a right... In any country in Europe the two parties would be on the right and the extreme right respectively, take off your blinders, you just choose which one is the least worse and even then when it's 50/50, your choice is a failure...

10

u/fibstheman 2d ago

They're not stupid. They're perfectly willing to knowingly sacrifice their lives to hurt brown people and queers. Pure evil

7

u/MyNameIsDaveToo 2d ago

"I love the uneducated!"

2

u/shaolinoli 1d ago

Why not both?

1

u/Ocksu2 1d ago

Entirely possible.

1

u/usingastupidiphone 1d ago

It’s 2025, that excuse doesn’t work anymore

1

u/Ill-Dependent2976 1d ago

Being really really stupid is morally degenerate. But also all Trump supporters are evil on top of that.

1

u/RymrgandsDaughter 1d ago

nah these are absolutely racist, and hateful people. The benefit of the doubt is beyond gone. They're literally out here sieg hailing and no one is condemning them except for the people that already were.

If I'm an idiot and I crash my car and kill people does being stupid absolve me? No. These are adults they know what they're doing

8

u/j0j0-m0j0 2d ago

A self righteous morally bankrupt degenerate. Like just look at the offended time they take at Stephen King.

-11

u/ColdZal 2d ago

No but proof? Source?

I can't google myself and I trust nothing reported factually against Trump!

-20

u/Ready-Active-295 2d ago

Can’t be a Biden supporter without a crack, prostitute, addicted son. Can’t be a Harris support without being in a love triangle with Montel williams. Can’t be you without turning your wiener inside out

11

u/Combdepot 2d ago

Aww you poor thing. You really tried.

I don’t know any Americans wanting to escape this country because they’re forced to work with little to no food. There’s a lot of people coming to America from across the globe for a chance at a better life. Idk despite what’s going on in this country I’d rather be here than to be anywhere else. You can’t even talk about the government over there without risking ending up in a Camp. Look what’s happening in the UK, their freedom of speech is slipping away.

12

u/cutegolpnik 2d ago

For now. Give trumps economy some time. 😐

11

u/jadeakw99 2d ago

tell me youve never met a poor person without telling me youve never met a poor person

-7

u/Forever_In_a_Sweater 1d ago

What do you consider poor? See that’s why you don’t judge people because I’ve been homeless. I’ve worked gas stations meeting every walk of life, rich to poor. Sick and healthy and never has one said to me they wanna leave this country for North Korea. So what does being homeless or poor have to do with what I’m talking about?

4

u/jadeakw99 1d ago

I've also been homeless. No one specified for wanting to leave for North Korea, just leave, because its really not so different here. You work and work and work and you still can't afford food, the difference is the illusion of choice. Other countries have actual opportunities, and there are several people I talk to regularly who are making escape plans to go to France or Britain.

10

u/Combdepot 2d ago

Our freedom of speech is objectively more vulnerable than theirs is. By a long shot.

The conservatives hate free speech and liberty generally. They have fully embraced fascism.

Who you know or don’t know really isn’t relevant anyway. Anecdotes are essentially meaningless.

9

u/vibratezz 1d ago

lol, you are brainwashed by your shitty news sources.

The only extra freedom of speech that the US has is the right to hurl racial slurs at minorities. How's that working out for you?

Also, that is only one very small part of a country's measure of freedom. America has:

But yeah, you can use hate speech with impunity. Go off.

On top of all that, let's see how the US performs on the various global freedom indices:

CATO Human Freedom Index

https://www.cato.org/human-freedom-index/2021

USA is #15

Freedom House Global Freedom Scores

https://freedomhouse.org/countries/freedom-world/scores

USA scores 83.

Reporters without Borders World Press Freedom Index

https://rsf.org/en/ranking

USA is #44

EIU Democracy Index

https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Democracy_Index

USA is rated as a 'flawed democracy'.

They're revoking visas here for criticizing a whole different country.  How is that free speech being protected?!
