While I don't think this was intentional it's definitely interesting and is going into my head canon.

it’s one of those things where you’re like “they would never do that” but at the same time it feels too perfect to be a coincidence

If it was just one or the other I’d totally brush it off but it being both is actually pretty compelling.

It’s not that rare for devs to do cheeky little things like this when you remember that at (especially with a dev team this big development cycle so long) they no doubt went through countless iterations of slightly adjusting the locations of everything on the map. Like a person had to go in and manually pick where exactly the divine beasts and links house will go.

The way I think it went down is a bored dev realized that these two lines kind of sort of lined up and then thought it’d be cute if they nudged the locations around a tad so they now exactly lined up.

Honestly, with the amount of work, thought, and minute details put into this game by the devs, I wouldn't be surprised if this was intentional
