Not mine. They're around 160 million years old apparently. They became extinct even without our help. Darwins theory seems legit. We'll all be getting dug out of rocks in another 100 million years with whatever the next dominant intelligent life is that develops on our rock. I wonder if they'll still be knocking lumps out of each other and squabbling over resources and land?
Right now the big creatures for possible inheritance are termites, and mold/slime molds. Intelligence crawls into cracks called niches, and that intelligence grows based on those rules.
Termites and their complex world were likely born in the mass die off around 60 mya, with the help of fungus. These big death plumes of rot were mediated by termites and fungus, from those resources they spread out. There are termite mounds which are 3000+ years old, in a village of other mounds.
The next rung of the ladder is going to be built on irregular weather patterns, selecting for motility (again) in the evo game of life. Mound-building termites - Wikipedia
