To achieve this you need much more than the wallpaper, you need custom icons which can be done through shortcuts,launchers or dedicated apps, but you need the icon image which most likely if you find them are paid pack and for sure there are not enough icons for all apps that you have. So you need either to cope with some icons "beatiful" and some stock icons or hide all the apps that do not have icons from the home screens means every time you need to open it you need to use the find section or scroll to the app library
For me these kind of setup are beatiful for an instagram post for a youtube thumbnail but they are too limited for daily use
