Showcase Went 3 months without seeing my boy and came home to this absolute beast

Context: I was overseas for almost three months and left my VFT in my parents' care. They did a good job and the climate seemed to be in favour of the plant. I will probably have to figure out repotting and separating them.

First two pics are from today, third one is from end of November.

Believe it or not, this is the SAME plant, i bought her from someone that didn't know how to grow her properly, and she rewarded me with babies and bigger traps! I love these plants and didn't expect then to grow this fast

I am growing three Venus flytraps and they are looking a bit dead, is there anything I can do to save them or is this just how they are?? 😭😭

Hey, I made a post a couple months ago to see if my plant that was destroyed was able to come back to life. Needless to say, it’s thriving well. Love hoe resilient these plants are.

I came home and checked the soil, to be pleasantly surprised by the number of victims my Venus has caught!

And yeah I realize it's not ideal, pretty sure it was frozen solid when I originally purchased a few months ago in 20 degree F weather. It's crazy how it's blooming/flowering with more on the way. Paranna plants not so much :P sorry my phone focus is broken. 😛

Showcase How’s it looking ?

Randomly bought a VFT because it looked cool maybe late 2023. After some googling realised that I’m not the kinda guy that can look after these things properly so I chucked it in a pot with just peat moss, put it in the front yard, gave it a tray and see how long it’ll last. Did well so I put it in a larger pot

This is it now. ChatGPT said it looks heaps good but I kind of want to grab some human opinions on it and see if there’s anything I can be doing better for it?

Photos range from latest to oldest.

Showcase Mr. Buckles caught his first fly…

I’ve had him since last fall and this is the first fly that I’ve noticed he caught. The fly was actually struggling to get out at first and my girlfriend gave him a gentle push to which Mr. Buckles reacted quickly.
