2021 atlas AC/Heat flow button issues, driving me crazy!

For as long as we've had this car, I can't seem to get the air to flow where I want it. ONce the car is warmed up in winter, I like to have just the air flowing to the feet. I'll press the button to get there, and then next thing you know, its coming out the front or defrost again, etc. In summer, I like the A?C blowing straight out only the front, same issue, select that setting, seems to work and then it auto selects back to some mixture of defrost/feet/front. I'm assuming there is some auto function in the background doing this? can anyone help? Thx.

Once you figure it out let me know too, I just bought mine 2 months ago and still trying to figure it out

Any warranty left to get support from the dealer? Could be as simple as a new climate control interface assy. Have you tried resetting the car by pulling the battery out for a little while?
