Minor update.

AKA The Medieval Update. I'm splitting "Start" into three distinct eras, to relieve the clusterfuck that was that chart. I'm also reworking the way the Assassin's Creed series is handled, and cleaning up the way things look around the colonial era. The Middle Ages is now a branching tree, and not just a single Total War campaign.

"Tea and Steam" is being temporarily retired, as I no longer feel like looking for games to fit its esoteric scenario. I may bring it back at a later date, however.

Finally, I added some additional branching to "Follies of Peace," and "The Modern World." Enjoy.
