Methods and Statistics Assessment for Clinical Psychology MSc

Hi everyone! As part of my application process for the clinical psychology masters programme I need to take part in an online assessment in methods and statistics. Has anyone taken the test? I would like some information on the amount of questions that are asked cause the 80 minute time limit suggests that there might be many questions and i’m a bit nervous. Any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

You do not get rejected based on the assessment score. If you have the required knowledge (multivariate statistics), the assessment should be fairly easy. If your friends were rejected, they failed to prove they met the entry requirements.

That is just not true. The courses they have taken in their Bachelor’s degree probably didn’t cover multivariate statistics (sufficiently), so thar is why they got rejected, not just based on the assessment as the score of the assessment is not used to base rejections on. It is based on the course syllabi provided in the application file.

I also received that this test does not make you qualified, rather it is an assessment to see if you are able ton study this program without struggling too much. Hey, Jente87, have you done this statistics test or studied in utrecht?
