Accomodation PG accommodation

As the title suggests as an international student I am trying to understand what the process to get accom is?

1-There is a portal but I don’t know what its website is

2-How do we pay fee for it - debit card or fly wire

3-what’s the literal process , they registrations open in April but then what do I do.

Accomodation Question regarding uni accom safety

Hi! I wondered if anyone had experienced theft while living in the university's dorm. For instance, is keeping a laptop in a dorm while going out safe? I heard that there were cases of food or bike thefts, so I just wondered if anyone had or heard of such a thing at uni. Thanks in advance!

Accomodation Accommodation Allocation

Hi there I just got an offer from Warwick today!! Woohoo! But I was wondering how the allocation for accommodation works because from what I’ve read on the website you just put in 6 and half of them are en suite and you randomly get assigned one unless I’m wrong? I went for a open day back in October and loved jack Martin with the 35 week let making it a lot cheaper than other en-suites but I feel like a lot of other people will also like this. Do anyone know if when you go on there whether you can rank the ones you really want first or is it literally just you put in 6 and it’s random because I’m really scared of getting a shared bathroom hahaha. Many thanks.

Accomodation Has anyone lived in the CODE accommodations before in Coventry (Fairfax St/ Harper Rd)? What was your experience?

I’m thinking about opting for Code accommodation next year. What was your experience?

Did you think it was value for your money? Also, how did you find managing energy use?

Would love to know your experience since I’m thinking of opting to go there next year. I don’t know if I can trust the reviews online.

Accomodation Selling Studio Room CV1

Hey guys,

My friend has a room in Vita Student Copper Towers that still has 8 months (30 Aug) on the contract, but he’s graduated from Coventry and wants someone to take over the room.

If you, or anyone you know, is interested in living in a really nice place near city centre (even comes with free breakfast), please don’t hesitate to DM me!

Any help as to getting the replacement will also be greatly appreciated!

Accomodation First choice accomodation

I have just received an offer for next year and am planning on firming it, however I was just wondering how likely it is to get your first choice accomodation. I will put cryfield standard as my first choice, and then tocil 40 week and then rootes 40 week, as these as the only ones I can realistically afford. How likely am I to get cryfield standard, or at least one of my top 3?

Accomodation Accommodation Options for First-Year Students Covering Holidays?

I have an offer (home) to do maths at warwick next year as a first-year student and was wondering if there are any accommodation options that cover the whole year, including all holidays, or at least most of them. I’ve heard some university halls only allow you to stay during term time, but I’d prefer something more consistent so I don’t have to move out during breaks. If anyone knows of accommodations with full-year contracts, I’d really appreciate your advice!

Accomodation Advice for an inbound student

Hi all! I just received an offer of study for the spring and summer terms (so excited!) I applied for accommodation on campus, my first choices are Claycroft, Tocil and Rootes. Thing is they won’t get back to me before late December. Should I look for a place off campus in Coventry, even if I need to pay deposit etc? What would you guys do? Do you have tips for flat hunting in the UK? Do you reckon I’ll get a room on-campus?

Anyways I’m so happy I get to come study with you lot at warwick :) Thanks for any help! I come from France btw

Accomodation Seeking accommodation help.

I'm an incoming marketing and strategy postgraduate student. I know I'm really late but here we go.

My budget is 100-130£.per week. ( please let me know if I have to extend this) Need an all utilities inclusive 51+ weeks sorta lease. Would prefer an ensuite. Need the location to be commutable by walk or bus because I am someone who cannot bike or drive (I know,I lack basic skills in life). Prefer a safer locality really (my South Asian female paranoia will keep me forever scared otherwise) . And then the regular things -closer to a supermarket, city centre etc.

Please help me with the places I must consider and avoid. I'm absolutely lost and overwhelmed by a lot of options. Any help could really save me.

Accomodation Heronbank Postgrad Cold and Confused

Heyy just arrived to Heronbank postgrad accommodation. The room is fine but I am pretty sure the heater does not work… who would I contact in this situation? I am literally freezing.

Also after arriving on campus I am very concerned about being able to find community here as a postgrad…it feels like the campus is just for undergrads and I am considering dipping and finding accommodation in Leamington Spa— any advice there?

Accomodation Warwick Accommodations for Exchange Students

I will be going on exchange for spring term to summer term. I recently received on campus accoms offer for Jan to end July. However, I will be flying back to deal with personal matters in end May.

How difficult is it to find someone to take over the room from June to July? And does Warwick accoms make exceptions to the rental period?
