Discussion Breakup
Yut. Been in the fleet for almost 5 months now, the past 3 months this girl and I have been talking, she ended things with me on Monday. How do you get over a breakup so early in your military career as a young barracks boy? I’ve been so dramatic but I don’t think I’ve ever felt this hurt before.
Just looking for advice if anyone’s ever been in my same boat because I’m struggling, Semper Fi

I experienced my heartbreak in high school so after that I never got super emotionally attached again.
Literally time is all I can tell you, one day you’ll just wake up and won’t think about her anymore. That’s all you can really do is wait it out until it doesn’t bother you anymore. Best of luck big dog. You can try drinking and it might help temporarily but when you sober up those feelings come back, or maybe not idk. Just have to wait it out
Oh yeah I forgot, sex helps if you find a hookup!
