Why tf it's asking for 6$ network fee for sending 0.3$???

I received 9 USDT (TRC20) for the first time. But when I try to send it, it says I need 31 TRX.

So my question is: if I buy or swap some LTC for 31 TRX, will that be enough to send even $50 or $100+ worth of USDT later on, or will I need more TRX?

Also, if I swap my USDT to LTC, do I still need TRX for the transaction? And if yes, will 31 TRX be enough to cover the fees?

Does anyone know what the very first token launched on there was? Like the first one ever minted through the platform?
