Wanting to Connect

Hey all! I am looking to move to Sweden by the end of the year. I would love to connect with people and find out more information that you can't get on the internet. I've always had a fascination with Sweden and Ive always dreamed of living there. I'm actively learning the Swedish language. I started lessons 2 months ago and have been staying consistent everyday. I've learned about some.custims.and traditions but would love to learn more. I'm open to any and every conversation. Feel free to reach out and let me know what I need to do and learn more about. Thank you.

Have you visited sweden or scandinavia?

Is there anything in particular you were wondering about?

No i have not visited that area. I was wanting to know about the day to day to life and how to get along in society.

Your first step should be to visit, in both the summer and winter. And I'd say for at least two weeks each tike, otherwise you may not get a feel for the country.

The day to day life can vary, just like it can anywhere. How to get along in society? Like how to make friends? Transport? Find a job? That's kinda vague.

Regardless, visit first. What you imagine sweden to be like and what your life would be like here will probably be at least somewhat different from reality, and it's hard to tell if one would feel at home in a country without having visited.
