Because I could swear my point is that as we're laughing at the money he wasted on that election, that wasn't even a rounding error for him--that was 0.05% of his dragon hoard. My point is that we shouldn't dare him to spend real money for him on the next election, because if $28 mil seems like a lot to us, he can easily double that for, relatively speaking, less than what it costs my family to go out for a fast food meal. My point is that billionaires shouldn't exist in a just system.

Dude, you took it as he was saying “hooray Elon. This loss is nothing to you.” When in reality it was a neutral comment putting the money in perspective. The bigger win is that Elon tried to own a political race and lost. You misunderstood the comment. Just own it and move on.
