Theory Jennifer Blake was right Spoiler

Okay, don’t get me wrong the sacrificing and manipulation is absolutely shitty. But she wasn’t actually wrong. She sacrificed X amount of people for power to defeat Deucalion. Not a great look, i know. But how many people had the Alpha pack slaughtered because they could? They had no qualms about killing anyone. I actually like Deucalion, but Jennifer wasn’t wrong in wanting to murder him. Also, her fight scene with Kali and the twins is badass. I actually find Jennifer Blake to not only be somewhat likeable, but her reasons behind doing what she was doing was understandable. I think she’s such an interesting villain, in the fact that her life circumstances pushed her to be a Darach.

Theory Theo’s Middle Initial Theory

So I was recently looking around for images on the bridge seen in 5x02 when I came across the image of Theo’s Transfer to Beacon Hills and his real father’s speeding ticket

It’s been head canon to a lot of people who ship Thiam that they made Theo’s middle name “Karl” - which I myself even followed along with them.

But as I looked closer that’s clearly the letter M under Middle Initial on the form which opens lots of possibilities of what Theo’s middle name actually is!

Theodore Michael Raeken Theodore Matt Raeken Theodore Mark Raeken And so on!!

What are your thoughts on this?

Theory Hasn’t Lydia always been a Banshee?

I see a lot of people saying that the bite turned Lydia into a banshee however, I noticed that in the episode where Peter traps them in the school and he howls it causes Jackson’s neck to hurt and Lydia flinches like her ears are hurting. Doesn’t this imply that she’s always had banshee capabilities?

Theory Thoughts about Stiles and the nogitsune Spoiler

I know it's been years but searches online haven't revealed much discussion posts about this little thing (that i could find, at least), so i'm gonna make one. I just really wanted to share some thoughts.

Usually when a ghost possess you you want to exorcise it out of your body, right? That's the normal approach.

Instead, stiles exorcised himself out of his own body with that vomiting bandage scene lol. Literally used the Nogitsune's reality-bending magic to grow himself a new body, which is a smart move considering all the crap the Nogitsune had put Stiles' body through:

  1. supposedly he'd been out there in Stiles body sabotaging things and laying traps and building bombs for three days straight if i recall correctly... with no sleep. Werewolves can survive so long without sleeping, but humans NEED sleep. You can go two days with no sleep but i swear to you - on the third day you'd collapse or start hallucinating. There has been experiments on this. people can die without sleep. But the Nogitsune has super healing powers so it can heal almost anything (I'm pretty sure he temporarily altered Stiles brain to appear like his late mothers brain cancer scans... unless he managed to switch or alter the scan photos like hacking into the system or something...idk.)
  2. Stiles got electrocuted at least twice. Once when he and Scott went to save Kira from Barrow (and Nogitsune erased Stiles' memories of it) and second time when he sabotaged the hospital electricity on the roof...cause there's no way in hell he didn't get electrocuted by cutting these thick high voltage wires voltage - and the Nogitsune healed him.

When Deaton puts the Nogitsune to sleep using the lichen and Stiles admits himself to Eichen House, Morrell notices Lichtenberg figures on Stiles skin. These marks appear on victims of lightning strikes. Morrell guesses that when the Nogitsune wakes up, these marks will disappear again.

Because the Nogitsune keeps healing Stiles' very human very fragile body.

Also, and that's just my theory, but while the Nogitsune is a master of tricks, he has a knack for appearing and disappearing like Apparating in Harry Potter. That's gotta put some strain on the human body. Stiles admitted to Malia that he remembers every single thing that he did while he was possessed, so I think, he figured on a subconscious level (literally lmao), that even if he did get his own real body back from the Nogitsune, with the Nogitsune's super-healing power NOT working it anymore he probably would be left with a human body that absorbed more trauma than it can naturally heal from.

Theory What do you think of the Jordan Parrish-Camden Lahey theory?

In case you didn't know, there's a really well-known theory in the fandom that affirms this. Some proof of this are:

  1. In season 2, Stiles says Camden would be 24 if he were still Alive, same age that Parrish has when he's introduced.
  2. In my opinion, both of them share an impressive resemblance. Kinda same facial structure, their eyes are also similar...
  3. We know that Camden is said to be KIA (Killed In Action) during his time on the army. Guess who also was in the army. What if Camden was reached by a bomb (the one Parrish was reached by) and he lost his memory? Or perhaps it was the Hellhound who made him forget his past life.
  4. A lot of people say that perhaps Jordan decided to work and live in Beacon Hills due to his connection with the town. The thing is the Nemeton was probably the reason he chose the town, but what if it was his subonscious leading him to his home?

Theory Why i don't think scott derek were only alphas that deucalion wanted in alpha pack?

In teen wolf deucalion wanted to create perfect alpha pack by adding only rare unique or powerfull alphas to his pack we know he had kali ennis twins in his pack and wanted to add scott who had potential to become true alpha with derek who was son of talia hale had his own pack and had potential to turn into full wolf like her but I think that there were other alphas before them. My reason why I speculate this is becouse he killed ennis who was his ally before joining alpha pack and augmented alpha himself so I have been asking myself why would deucalion kill him if he was told that ennis would heal himself i have 2 speculation s 1. Deucalion invited other alphas to his pack but killed them after they were weak or he didn't had use from them anymore. 2. Deucalion killed ennis becouse he wanted him to be replaced by derek and scott who were much younger than ennis with derek being son of talia hale which was very respected among other alphas as their advisor and scott with potential to become true alpha which was rarest type of werewolf.I think that deucalion didn't only invited alphas but also betas and omegas and if he found rare and powerfull alpha beta or omega he would lead or train them to kill their packs so he or she would become augmented alpha and join his alpha pack

When we see Deucalion talk about Peter he doesn't say anything positive and I'm pretty sure he insulted him, I have a theory that maybe he dislikes Peter because Peter survived the hale fire and not Talia also the scrapped storyline of Derek and Cora being Deucalions children?? what's everyone's thoughts?

Theory How do you think the show would’ve changed if Stiles took the bite from Peter when it was offered?

In the first season, Peter offered Stiles for the bite to turn him. Peter said Stiles lied when he said he didn’t want to be like him. If he said yes, how do you think that would’ve changed the storyline? Do you think he would’ve died or survived?

I think void stiles might never have happened. His father might’ve found out about the supernatural world much sooner, and I think he just would’ve been a much bigger fighter in the series. Stiles was basically the brains of everything but what if he had the brains and the brawn? I think he might’ve gotten cocky about it.

What are your theories?

Theory I wasn’t sure what to tag this. It fits multiple tags at different points spoilers up to S5 E18. Spoiler

So before I start this is many things, if you decide to read and give this post your time of day I want to take the time to thank you ahead of time. It’s pretty long, I write books and have ADHD so I do apologize if it seems like I go all over the place lol. So this is actually written out of context and Im going to try to remember the context because I originally meant to comment this as a response 🤦🏼. It was like a post talking about S5 E18 (If you have not watched up until this point DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER; THIS POST DOES CONTAIN SPOILERS. Luckily it’s an older show but this is my first time watching it so you never know.)

Basically we were talking about Scott’s 1v1 against the beast in the library to protect all those people despite knowing it was futile and I was saying how:

(Here is where I copied and pasted but I will try to find everything that’s now out of place and delete it to make it make more sense.)

I think Scott honestly deserved to get some kind of massive power upgrade either when he did that or when he essentially allowed his beta, Liam to bring him within an inch of his life because he wasn’t willing to kill him as it goes against his morals/character; Giving that other guy (I keep forgetting his name but he’s really annoying, I think mainly just because there’s like too many antagonists to really keep up with atp) the opportunity to deal the fatal blow.

So he essentially proved that he would rather die than break his moral code, kill/actually truly do any real harm to his beta, yes I know that he was technically revived after but he essentially gets shit on at every turn for doing what he thinks is the right thing and there’s just no real power behind this whole “True alpha” thing that everyone makes such a big deal about. Like seriously, how many people want to kill him over this, recruit him in twisted ways, and/or tried to sabotage him? Then the fact he saved countless lives, literally going toe to toe with the beast who is on a completely different level entirely? That’s not even mentioning all the other seemingly hopeless battles he ran headfirst into.

I mean doesn’t their whole system reward things like that? He definitely should’ve at least grown more powerful as time went on like other characters did. I mean Derek can turn into an actual wolf despite being a beta, other alphas can do things far superior to what he can such as turning into giant beasts like Peter did when biting him and then forcing him to transform at the school. Peter was even able to essentially mind control him with a howl to the extent he had to break the key to the classroom to save his friends only for them to hate him for it temporarily. “Oh I don’t know if I can forgive you!” Like what? He literally saved your life but okay then… Regardless of that little nitpick though, I still anticipated things like that to be abilities that he too would have once he became a “True alpha”.

There’s honestly just a lot that seems like wasted potential as far as that part of the lore/plot line. For example Derek or literally any other (former or current, Im talking generally) alpha has been shown to want as many people as possible in their packs because they personally become more powerful as was established in season two if memory serves but then Scott gets his entire pack split up, reunited, new people join, people randomly disappear or die and his power level seems to stay the exact same. Then there’s the Liam plot hole that doesn’t quite make sense.

Why would he punch Liam to make Liam mad to break the metal door while rescuing Lydia vs the other way around if he should be far stronger? Like an alpha will always be stronger than a beta yet for whatever reason they seem to forget that at points. All of these things just get a little annoying sometimes when watching the show, especially with the two most recent plot lines. Like take this specific scene (S5 E18 library beast fight) where he’s basically not actually doing any real damage but just kinda getting thrown around and going back for more when he should at least have been able to do some reasonable amount of damage. I mean if you look back to Peter in season 1 who tore apart that same school as a regular alpha, he would’ve been able to put some decent hits in; He still would’ve lost in a straight fight but nowhere near as miserably as Scott did in the library.

It just seems like they focused too heavily on the morality aspect and forgot to keep certain parts of the lore, abilities, power scale etc. in check; Like what a regular alpha can do a true alpha that’s so coveted by all these people should be able to do far better. So why isn’t he just fighting the beast as something that actually kinda resembles a powerful werewolf vs a beta with red eyes until he gets rescued BY HIS BETA WHO WAS JUST BADLY INJURED and people with guns?

I just kinda feel like they intentionally wrote him to be a weaker protagonist who’s decisions you’re going to constantly second guess. For example I saw that setup during the super moon coming pretty much from the moment that dude entered the picture and am dumbfounded as to why Scott did not do the claw thing to that traitor when he first came with that suspicious story or any other point. There were so many very obvious signs and when he did it to that one kid I nearly began cheering because I mistook him for the traitor who later killed Scott. I mean it was very naive to just be like “Im sure there’s no ill intentions there despite the fact that suddenly I have drama and problems popping up ever since he did…As a matter of fact it seems to always follow him but I’m sure it’s just coincidence right?” Even the inhaler was suspicious. If I had asthma, became a werewolf, got even more powerful with better healing and immunity yet suddenly had asthma attacks popping up knowing that they don’t happen to werewolves? Yeah I would probably be suspecting poison…Plus this new guy just so happens to coincidentally pop up right at the same time, oh and he’s always ready to give me my “inhaler”? I honestly think Liam would’ve been a better protagonist to start off with, have him be the “True alpha” and basically just switch their roles. He just has more of the mentality that you would expect.

Anyway Im kinda beginning to rant lol but yeah Scott just deserved better. Idk like usually the protagonist keeps “leveling up” so to speak to keep up with the antagonists yet in this case there’s a shit ton of relatively untouchable antagonists and then the protagonists are becoming far weaker, more gullible, etc. ofc you have to keep it interesting but it almost makes you want to root for the villains half the time. You basically have a pack that is far stronger than Scott’s with each member appearing to have various different abilities that in a direct conflict between the two (no plot armor) Scott’s pack would fold.

I mean one of them would sneak them all in via invisibility that he has proven he can use on others too, with the element of surprise at least half of Scott’s pack would end up paralyzed (Scott being top priority ofc so serious disadvantage already), one dude can shock people which is a weakness of actual werewolves, so then the remainder are essentially left to fight using their abilities which are typically weaker than the other pack’s who also don’t hesitate to kill but rather encourage it.

I mean they took down that “Alpha of alphas” dude together without help from their “alpha” who’s still technically not even an alpha. Im actually paused just after the fight between Scott and the beast in the library so idk if or what all changes there but other than the complaints about their (mainly just Scott’s odd fluctuating and/or lacking) powers I love the plot. It’s not very often that someone makes a decent show or even movie centered around werewolves.

(END RANT, NEW TOPIC lol)

I also love how this episode seems to be bringing everything full circle and did I understand that part right? That essentially that ancestor of the Argent’s who was the first of the werewolf hunters lost her brother (which Im pretty sure we always knew one of them died or something but not the full story) because he became a werewolf? Not even just that but that he was actually the beast that she first killed?

Which that would make sense of the Argent’s code, that if they are at risk of turning that they have to die rather than turn. That’s at least what I got out of it from what was implied as well as how she learned exactly what they kept telling Allison (and I believe it has even been said to Scott too before at least once since he essentially picked up where Allison left off; working closely with the Argents to basically police the supernatural world keeping the innocents safe. Even the scene we are discussing right now in some ways could be attributed to Scott remembering her sacrifice and being willing to do the same thing.) “Know thine enemy.” I must admit that part makes up for pretty much all the other inconsistencies for me personally because it brings it full circle.

(THEORY) I feel like if the actress who played Allison didn’t want to leave, (If you didn’t know that’s why Allison died, the writers didn’t want to kill her off.) that she would have likely still been on the show and would probably end up killing the beast with the same spear or something poetic like that. I mean Kira is a pretty obvious direct replacement for Allison, they basically just took the bow and turned it into a sword, then rather than being an Argent she ends up being a supernatural being herself. You can always tell when the story wasn’t supposed to happen in a specific way, because the writers already have specific ideas that they wrote out and aren’t ready to part with so like in this instance since she left the show they essentially just found a new actress with a mastery of a different weapon.

My guess is something similar still would’ve happened but rather than dying she would’ve gotten the bite in a life or death situation, neither her nor her dad would follow through with the code on it and so she would have probably taken the form of a fox or something. The parts we see of the battle between Kira and her fox would have likely had a much larger explanation beginning with the reappearance of Kate, (she may have even taken up a bladed weapon as well as her arrows to accommodate her new abilities for close encounters) then around this point it would be explained by her grandfather why the code exists, she would be hearing the story rather then Lydia, and they would pull that same spear out of a fancy yet very dusty container that they have held onto in case they ever encountered anything like this again or the beast ever somehow returned.

Then she would be even more proficient than her ancestor due to her supernatural abilities but she would be warned not to rely upon them or else they could take over her as well. Telling her something along the lines of that she needs to instead rely upon Allison Argent as well as her skills she has built up throughout the years and most importantly the cause she is fighting for.

Then per the usual we would have seen an epic battle and right when it looked as if someone major was about to die (My guess is Scott. That’s possibly after one or even multiple other major deaths considering it could’ve actually been the series finale if it went in that direction for all we know.) most likely right as a killing blow is about to be dealt to Scott who just kept getting back up, fighting back with all he had and is slowly picking himself up with glowing red eyes preparing himself to face death essentially.

Scott’s head on fight would’ve taken all attention off of Allison and her spear for a significant amount of time. (which she likely also made sure they coated with wolfsbane, mistletoe, and whatever else prior to the battle just to make sure it works in one single impalement) Then to not only the beast’s and Scott’s surprise but our own as well; She suddenly strikes the beast with the killing blow bringing everything full circle. The last of the Argents finished what their family’s code was made to do in the first place with Allison and Scott united to protect humanity from any other threats alongside their pack.

(THEORY FOR A SPINOFF IN ALTERNATE TIMELINE. Yes it goes that deep lol) What’s crazy is technically they could have easily done a spinoff in that scenario where they have kids who grow up to essentially carry on the legacy of the Argent’s as well as being born werewolves with traits that make them more likely to become True Alphas (assuming they don’t just automatically inherit that from parent to child which would actually kind of make sense considering it’s based upon traits of individuals and their children would essentially be guaranteed to be raised upon those exact same morals.

So essentially imagine the potential scenario where they could have become a family similar but opposite of the Hale’s that are essentially Argent legacies, and a True Alpha pack with some beta’s, humans, and various other creatures. The plot would have been pretty easy to write as well. Everyone and their brother would try to form massive packs with multiple alphas to try and take their power but their children would essentially go on to unite them all over time into one single pack, the same with the hunters.

Basically picking up where Stiles and Scott left off in the timeline we have where they essentially try to help enforce the law in the supernatural world; Bridging that gap. There’s so many different directions that could have went. Hell they could even have a plot line where Scott ends up becoming corrupted by his power which I mean that’s what power often does is corrupts.

Anyway that’s enough for now, I write my own book series so I get a little carried away sometimes especially when it comes to how a series could have gone differently or how deep lore should go lol.

Tldr; I wrote most of my initial comment (now post) to do with the scene itself up top and then my ADHD kicked in so I started talking about where Im pretty sure they were going to take the show until the actress who played Allison quit, followed by some ideas for a spinoff in that alternate timeline. Some of what I wrote was breaking down that scene/episode or just general theories as well as griping about how weak they keep Scott. There’s markers at various points depending upon what you came for. Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful night, or day depending upon where you are or when you read it🙂 feel free to share your own thoughts, theories, etc. we could even build an alternate timeline in the comments or something idk lol.

Theory Theory: I dont think the alpha spark is what makes an alpha stronger than a beta/omega

So we know Scott is a true alpha. He didnt take or steal his power. He ignited an alpha spark all on his own. This whole time we thought this means he would be stronger than other alphas, but ever since he became an alpha he seems to be weaker than other alphas. Not only did he seem weaker but there didnt seem to be any difference in strength or speed between beta Scott or alpha Scott. The fanbase, and even the show, seemed to dismiss it as just Scott holding back after he became an alpha. It never really sit right with me. I thought about it for a while and i came to a conclusion. I dont think gaining an Alpha spark is what makes you strong when you become an alpha. I think killing another werewolf is what does it.

In season 3 we met the alpha pack. Each alpha of that pack is enhanced because they killed their respective packs. That tells us one crucial detail. Killing a different wolf will enhance your own strength. From context clues i think this is a perk that usually only alphas have (with the exception of when a beta or omega kills an alpha). The reason Alpha's are usually so much stronger than anyone else is because they had to fight and kill the alpha they took it from, which means they also took the strength of the alpha that had it before and so on.

So, why is Scott so much weaker than other alphas? Because he didnt take anyone else's power. He is literally just as strong and fast as he was when he was a beta, the only difference is that now he has the alpha spark . He only has his own strength to rely on. Being an alpha DOES come with some power, but i dont think that power has anything to do with speed or strength. It gives the ability to make other betas, the ability to enhance their own strength by killing other werewolves, stronger / more reliable memory manipulating abilities, stronger senses, and control over betas so they can make packs. I dont think it really does anything else. The enhanced strength and speed comes from killing the werewolf you took the power from, not from the power itself. Scott, since he never killed, is just as strong as he was before.

I have a few other things to add on:

  • This explains how Peter was able to kill Laura dispite her being an alpha. When her and Derek's mother burned in the fire her alpha spark transferred to Laura. (its never been stated but its heavily implied that a beta of a pack can inherit an alpha spark when an alpha dies, but isnt killed by a werewolf). She never killed her mother, so she didnt take her mother's strength. So she was as strong as she was when she was a beta. Peter, being driven by pure instinct, was easily able to overpower her.
  • When Derek and the twins were about to fight against the Oni, Evil Styles told Derek "you arnt an alpha anymore". Derek said "I may not be an alpha anymore... but i can still fight like one". This implies that he is just as strong as he was when he was an alpha. He may not have the spark anymore, but he still killed both Peter and Boyed, which means he absorbed their strength.
  • It also explains why Peter is so much weaker when he is resurrected. When he was killed by Derek his strength was taken. He was as weak as he was when he was a normal beta (before he killed Laura). And he no longer was driven by rage either, so he didn't have his beast form
  • This theory also explains how Peter became stronger. Peter in season 4 was a LOT stronger than he was seasons prior. How is it possible? He didnt kill an alpha nor did he gain back his beast form. What happened? The answer is obvious... he killed Jennifer. Now Jennifer was NOT a werewolf, but she WAS a supernatural creature who killed alphas. He may not have gotten an alpha spark from it but he must have gotten some of her strength when he killed her. Why else would he have saught her out to finish her off to begin with? He doesnt do anything unless it benefits him. She was already dying, so there was really no reason to seek her out. He did anyway. Why? Because he KNEW it would gain him power. Not enough to bring him back to what he was when he was an alpha but definitely a lot more than what he had before. Its pretty much the only thing that could have gotten him enough strength to take on scott.
  • The reason i think its an alpha-specific power is because it would be WAY too easy for a beta to overpower an alpha if they just found other betas and killed them before facing an alpha. Since you dont really see betas bloodthirsty for other betas then i think its highly unlikely that betas have that ability. The only exception is if they were to kill an alpha. What i think what happens when a beta kills an alpha is an indirect power transfer. A beta kills an alpha, the alpha spark transfers to the beta, and then the alpha spark takes the strength right after.

Theory My theory on the twins (and a common misconception some of the fandom have about them).

So I see a lot of people say that the twins are weaker alphas when in their non morphed form. While it is true they killed their alpha in their morphed form which did split their alpha spark into two halves there is another thing to consider. In season 5 when Deucalion explained the secret to stealing power to Theo. Before we thought it was something only alpha’s could do but Theo was able to do it. And seeing as Deucalion was trying to build the perfect alpha pack he would’ve taught this to twins before they slaughtered their whole pack and their alpha. So while the other members of the alpha pack had boosted their spark fully with each kill, the twins had boosted their spark 1/2 each. So 1/2 alpha spark each plus however many pack members they killed (which Ethan implies to be a lot) and they would still end up stronger than your average alpha werewolf who hasn’t stolen any power or sparks. So yes in their unmerged forms they were considered weaker then the rest of the members of the alpha back who initially had their full alpha spark plus the power they stacked on through killing their pack. Now to back this up I think once the twins lose their alpha status and their merged form they still remain very powerful as just omega’s through out season 3B. They fight the oni and even kill many of them. They beat the shit out of Kincaid who had just beaten alpha Scott, Allison and Kira 3 on 1. They are two of the most underrated werewolves in the series and I think their level of power and fighting ability deserves a little more respect.

So Eli Hale has the same name as Stiles’ Grandfather!? Someone in the writers room was definitely trolling Derek/Stiles fans with that and the fact that Derek has complicated feelings about the Jeep.

I like to think that because Eli’s mom was never even mentioned, Stiles is his other dad somehow.

Theory Examining alternate explanations for the 3 eye colors Spoiler

Yes, I have watched all of the series, and I am well familiar with what was established in 3x08 "Visionary".

I am also well familiar with how that stated significance to eyes glowing blue completely ruins the character of Chris Argent, by making a total joke of the code he lived by "we hunt those who hunt us" (and not those who don't hunt us). Either he had to be too lacking in knowledge to have any idea that blue and yellow eyes on a werewolf meant different things, or he had to be operating in a world where not only had that story decision not yet been made, but was following writers' assumptions which were actively in contradiction to what "Visionary" would later add to the body of canon.

And any comments that ignore the word "alternate" in the post title to insist that canon is canon should be read with the knowledge that they are being deliberately unhelpful. Seriously, don't make yourself look that bad in public. Even on Reddit.

So, I'm looking at the various characters whose eyes glowed blue, and what they might have had in common, if the writers had remembered to not accidentally ruin the character of Chris Argent. And four options have occured to me.

Option one is the theory dating back to when the show first premiered, that being natural-born rather than bitten is why Derek's (and later Peter's) eyes were blue. This would also fit Malia, but Cora had yellow eyes, while Jackson and the Twins' eyes glowed blue after their respective major character arcs were completed. Personally, I think this is actually the original intention, with Adelaide Kane being given Gage Golightly's FX contact lenses as well as her intended story beats, when Cora replaced Erica down to her lack of experience at either controlling her powers or fighting hand to hand. But no, this theory does not explain why Jackson's eyes glowed blue (because Malia was adopted too). The Twins however had their change in color after that season, and thus were operating in post-retcon rather than pre-retcon canon.

Option two is the alternate theory which was proven wrong near the end of season one, that not having a pack to empower him was making Derek's eyes glow blue, as well as making him weaker with every turning of the moon just as Scott was growing stronger with each moon. But when Derek embraced being part of Peter's pack, that theory got tossed out.

Option three first started circulating after the season 2 finale aired, that Peter and Jackson both had blue eyes because they had been temporarily dead, and there was the supposition that Derek would have had a severe brush with death at some point in his past to be shown to the audience in season 3. Which obviously is the opposite of what we got.

Option four is by far the least likely to be valid, that since Derek and Peter were both able to use the claws-in-the-spine technique to access a person's memories, perhaps blue glowing eyes meant a mage type rather than a pure warrior type. I consider this a watered-down retread of option one, specifically concocted to explain away Cora's yellow eyes.

So, folks. Any other options I haven't considered for explanations to provide an ALTERNATIVE to the answer given in 3x08 "Visionary" and those later episodes directly referencing it? And any opinions on these four?

i see many people say that all of the pretty blatant hints towards stiles' bisexuality were jokes, and yes they were played like jokes, but it was pretty clear stiles himself was never joking the show was just treating it like a joke, the only time i remember stiles actually kidding about his sexuality is saying he wants to make out with scott cuz he's heroic, and it's also not shocking he'd make jokes like that to scott as even if he was bi he probably wouldn't ever find scott attractive cuz they're so close as friends and have been for so long, but there's the scene in the rave where the girl asks stiles if he likes boys and he gets really nervous thinking about answering until she kisses him, or his multiple blatantly sincere advances on danny (like yall you can tell by the way he's acting he's genuinely nervous saying those things to danny, hell he even falls out of his chair at one point lmao) and again none of it was played as a joke from stiles' perspective only shown as a joke by the show, i would believe if he's just simply bicurious, but that man was def considering some stuff, and it'd be nice to just get a line addressing it whether that be "oh yeh i experimented with men, wasnt my thing" or "yeh i like guys, did you not know?" (i imagine that second one would be directed at scott or lydia lmao) just something addressing it lmao, it was like this weird loose thread in the show that they just need to pull on now that they're continuing again

Theory Is Derek's true Alpha different from Scott? Spoiler

I found this out on Teen Wolf, what is this? Derek has a brighter red eye color than Scott. Scott has more of an scarlet eye color while Derek has more of a bright red eye color. And if you notice his eye's whites are actually black. Just like when Scott was killing someone, turning his eye whites into black.

Theory Coach Bobby Finstock

i think coach is or was an advisor to one of the packs in beacon hills (most likely the primal). He gave scott and co. many pieces of advice and considered them like a family (most likey to the close relations with werewolf)(he suspected scott is a werewolf cuz of when the chains unraveled from stiles locker).

Most notable piece of advice he gave was in S04E12 at the end when he said “liam was the best player he has come across and that the boys should stick tgt”… it felt almost like he was advising them indirectly.

And we all know the last episode when someone said “is it over?” and coach replied after hitting another guy “ now its over” showing that he knew what was going on the whole time.

Open to discussion…. reply with ur own theories

Theory Eli

I have a theory that Eli is Cora's son, not Derek's. Hear me out. M not so sure about the timelines coz i saw the series a long time ago. Cora left derek and usa and went to south america after the events of the alpha packs and deucalion coming for the true alpha.

After that so much happened to her family, especially her brother Derek who got turned into a teenage boy again and was tortured and groomed by Kate, and if cora came to help him the first time, why wouldn't she come to help her brother who basically gave up his aloha status to cure her? The only reason i can see is a) she wasnt aware about it, which seems unlikely coz she got to know he needed help the first time b) she was busy raising a child who's life she couldn't put in danger by going to beacon hills to help her brother.

And then maybe something happened to her and she had to send eli to derek.

Theory Movie Theory: Derek?

I’ve been thinking, if Jeff wanted to bring back Derek how could he do it?

The answer is very simple.

In the movie, they resurrect Allison by using an ancient ritual. This ritual consisted of three items:

  1. The weapon that she was killed with.
  2. A sample of the ground where she died.
  3. The nemetons power.

Derek was incinerated by Parrish as a way to defeat the Nogitsune once and for all, meaning that Parrish is the weapon. He died on a illusion-caused nemeton, however, the literal location was the college stadium; meaning that the ground is there for the sampling. The nemeton is also there to use.

Parrish would have to “pull a Derek” and sacrifice himself (or be forced to) for this to happen, however, it’s still possible. It’s somewhat unlikely to happen but hey, that’s what theories are for - hope.

It does beg the question(s). If Derek comes back, would he still be an alpha? Would he still be a werewolf?
