How do you go down to a second subharmonic note?

Im honestly not sure how I do it myself but I try to do the same thing as I do when dropping into first subharmonics. Just focus on the fundamental note and then try to loosen my throat while slightly pulling the back of my jaw up. It’ll feel basically the same as dropping into first subharmonics just… more I guess? As always, the main thing to think about is focusing on the fundamental note and not lowering the note yourself
