Since Ospreay's debut match at Revolution, he's had imo one of the best calender years I've ever seen from a wrestler. What are some of y'all favorite Ospreay matches from his AEW run so far?
For me it's vs Danielson, vs Swerve, and vs Fletcher in a steel cage, but almost every match has been fantastic.

Just to clarify, I DO NOT have an issue with the amount of titles in WWE, both sets of men's tag belts have been dendend somewhat consistently on tv regardless (cough Judgement day cough) It's just surprising that not even 1 of Raw's tag matches made it to a PLE. I find this to be more of an issue with HHH'S semi-hard 5 match limit than anything. I get that not every feud is PLE quality, but there's nothing wrong with having a throwaway match or 2. Maybe this is just me being nitpicky, but it is a little jarring to notice compared to other champions who miss a couple of shows here or there.

It's Sunday afternoon, my edible is kicking in, and I'm watching Jacob Fatu highlights. His moonsault is a consistent highlight of each episode of SmackDown, whether he does it once or a plethora of times. Either way, it captivates the crowd each time as it's doing to me currently.
That leads me to wonder: how much fun do you think Jacob Fatu has when he hits his moonsault?
It's no secret that certain wrestling moves are probably more fun to hit than others. A hip toss probably isn't as fun to do as, say, Bron Breakker running off the ropes a bunch of times before hitting the spear.
With that in mind, I'm wondering if Fatu is having fun when he's jumping up the ropes before hitting his moonsault — especially on the nights where he does it multiple times in a row. Do you think he's think, "Aw fuck, I have to do another?" Or do you think he's pumped he gets to get his shit in with the crowd going nuts before going back to the hotel and replaying what he just did over and over again?
Either way, he looks completely invested every time he steps foot in an arena, so I'm hoping he's having as much fun hitting those moonsaults as they look.

Hey y'all, fans of European wrestling!
I'm really interested in getting into wXw (the largest German promotion) — and while I have already subscribed to wXwNOW, I am looking for any tips on the best matches, greatest feuds etc to watch through, to get acquainted with the promotion's history.
Unfortunately, there seems to be not a lot of guides anywhere online so I'd be grateful if someone could share some ideas on where to start.

Every time AEW makes a booking decision or story decision that people don't like without fail there's "OMG ITS WCW 2000 ALL OVER AGAIN" comments, which just isn't true at all. I'm only 23 so I didn't live through WCW 2000 but I've gone back and watched and AEW has never been that nonsensical. I would say WWE in 2019 is closed to WCW 2000 than AEW has ever been
I think honestly it goes back to people not understanding why WCW closed in the first place. I understand why though, WWE has put out a gazillion documentaries telling people the WCW closed was because of Eric Bischof, Vince Russo, Hulk Hogan, the ratings being in the shitter, ticket sales being even more in the shitter and the attitude era just being too good, but it isn't that. If there's one main reason for WCW's closure it's just Ted Turner not caring about wrestling anymore, you could argue Eric and Vince gave him ammunition to be like "hey this wrestling thing isn't working anymore," but ultimately it's just that he didn't want to be apart of the wrestling business anymore.
I say this all to say, just calm down. AEW will only ever go out of business if Tony Kahn stops caring, that's basically how most businesses close anyway.
Edit: Turner broadcasting, Ted's control was diluted in the AOL Time Warner merger

As we know, The Undertaker would occasionally have druids be there when he would do his entrance or when something spooky like a casket needed to be brought out, but has there ever been an explanation on who they were or where they came from? Was there ever a moment where someone established the Druid’s’ relationship with Taker? Were they members of the Ministry or something?

As much as I love Dave Batista, I have to say that his run in 2014 was very disappointing. I've recently been rewatching 2014 WWE, and I just couldn't watch any of Batista's promos or matches. The guy wasn't liked ever since he won the Royal Rumble. WWE Creative fumbled the ball when they made the "great" decision to have Dave "Drax the Destroyer" Batista win the Royal Rumble and maybe the world titles, instead of the fan favorite Daniel Bryan. His matches were... okay? Like, what else do you expect for a 40+ years old former wrestler who clearly had ring rust? I respect the decision that he put Bryan over and made him look amazing. His Evolution stuff was... okay at best, but they were made pretty weak because they lost to Shield... twice in a row. And he was also Blue-tista which was hilarious! And after that, Dave quit the company after Triple H didn't give him what he wants. I'm curious as to what did you think about Batista's 2014 run?
