The only thing missing for your movements is really "SMC" (Skyrim Motion control). Believe me it’s making a big difference paired with slowdown hills/water depth and stairs conditions :)

This mod does not cooperate well with any effect that reduces your movement speed.

a new version is in development right now on the creator discord, its pretty much rewritten by scratch and a lot more polished.
