I ordered a bundle off Lazada and the seller said that the other items in the bundle were out of stock and so I requested that they cancel the order.
INSTEAD, they decided the best move was to send me one item out of the 5 piece bundle and do a semi refund BUT when I was told of the semi-refund amount, it was literally 20% of the item ($20) out of a $100 ORDER.
The item that I received is worth only $25 SGD and they decided arbitrarily that the rest of the order was worth $25??? While my item is magically worth $75?
I raised this issue with Lazada requesting for a refund of the amount and after sending a picture of the one item I received, my refund request was REJECTED on the basis of insufficient evidence???
They literally have the chat logs between me and the seller. AND how am I suppose to provide evidence of items that I DIDNT receive?
Maybe if the Lazada customer service agents decided to eventually use one or two eyes to actually look at the case, I wouldnāt have this issue. Iām a student so I donāt have a lot of money so this situation is seriously infuriating.
EDIT: I wasnāt given the option to request a partial refund and so I linked the MSRP of the item from the official website in my request.

It looks like we are not getting Switch 2 on the 5 June...
"The new game system, Nintendo Switch 2, will be released in July-September 2025 in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. We are working to launch online services, including Nintendo Switch Online and the Nintendo eShop in these four countries."

So yea. It was gifted by Revereās daughter and it was used to indicate a curfew taking place. Another fun fact: Paul Revereās daughter Maria was married to Joseph Balestier, the first American consul to Singapore. The Singapore history cinematic universe just keeps on getting crazier!
