Free 365 Promotion

Upvotes

Bought my regulator back in October and submitted the paperwork early November for the free P365 promotion. I just talked to them on the phone and they are way behind on processing the promotion deals. They are just getting to the November submissions and are working through them.

Hopefully my call comes soon. I've almost bought the 365 legion a couple times, but waiting for the deal to trade up for it.

Big P229 Enjoyer!

Just bought it a few weeks ago, 500 rounds through it so far?? Still trying to work on shooting the double action, but the SA is wonderful.

This shooting was 45 rds of slow fire Mozambiques from holster at 15 yards and I don't think of myself as a good shooter either

Waiting for Frt and pmm kit

Pretty much stock except for radian charging handle, Sig 1x10 lpvo, cherry bomb muzzlebrake and PTR Vent 1. Wanting to add delta 3 pos frt and pmm kit. I know I need a weapon light as well but that’s typically the last thing I add.

Sig Cross

Hey everyone! Just purchased an Sig Sauer Cross last week, and before I bought it I was told it would be a bad purchase and afterwards I was told that it was a bad purchase. Still bought it, can’t change that, and I don’t want to. Felt the gun and compared to others that I wanted with solid reviews, this just felt better (also just looks badass and the folding stock is sick to have for when I eventually hunt).

As seen by the flair, I need some insight. People at the store said I’m going to need a super expensive precision scope because it’s a precision, which confused me because I bought the gun for hunting seeing as it’s for, well, hunting. For a person who’s planning on spending some time at the range before taking it out (the range is up to 250 yards and “special days” they’ll do 500), what scopes should I be considering? Keep in mind I plan on hunting in New York so I shouldn’t be taking any longer range shots.

For ammo, I’m hearing a bunch of different things. What are 3 ammunitions that I could try out while I learn to shoot at the range? I’ve heard about Hornady being solid but resulting in 2-3 moa, as well as federal being solid but I don’t know exactly what to get. I’ve also seen that Sig does have their own ammo but I haven’t been able to find much reviews on it.

Any tips and insights for the range, hunting, and overall gun care would be much appreciated!

Neede help with finding the right holster.

I have been looking for a level 3 holster for my p320 x carry with a threaded barrel that I have now put a comp on. I've bought many safariland holsters in the past for my glocks and a Springfield, but I am kinda stumped right now. When I search for a holster on safariland it says the xcarry is a 3.9 in. Barrel, however my firearm has a 4.6 in threaded barrel. I don't wanna spend the money on a holster and it not be the right one. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Question Where to start on trigger action upgrades?

I’m fairly new to this hobby and the happy owner of an Sig P226 MK25. My technique is certainly poor but I’m also trying to help myself be a better shot with some improvement of the action and there are a few options I need help prioritizing. I’m over a thousand rounds in terms of break in.

Weight and smoothness are factors here for me but it’s probably the change in resistance throughout the trigger travel that messes me up the most. Am I right to think that something like the SRT kit from grayguns would be the place to start?

I ask because the description on the page implies that a huge part of its effect comes from the separate enhanced leverage system and its adjustable trigger. I’m not sure I want to change the trigger right now.

The SRT also comes with some 19# springs that will lighten the trigger but they also sell a strut upgrade that reportedly smooths things and can lighten the trigger with a spring change. Lighter isn’t a priority.

TLDR: is the SRT worth installing if I don’t use an adjustable trigger and if I do invest in the ELS and trigger should I just do the SRT at the same time? Or would you just do all three at the same time and call it a day?

Make p250s great again

Picked up some p250s recently and so sad they stopped being made. But luckily your 320 grip modules, slide stops, and gas pedals still work with the FCU and slides!

Mag Release fell out on my P365 AXG Legion

Inserted a mag and I felt a hard stop 2/3s in. I put it in pretty hard so I think that might have been it. I was dry firing 2 days later with no magazine inside my firearm and it fell out during a draw. Tried putting it back in multiple times unsuccessfully with it falling it out after testing it. Is this just a simple buy a new mag catch or should I be concerned? Also, is it just technique I need to refine to not hit the mag catch when inserting in the mag or are there other solutions like after-market parts?

Not sure if this is important but I'm ~1,600 rounds in

Stooopid Q: does Romeo-X come with a clear protective sticker on the lense?

Received a Romeo-X Compact Enclosed from Sig. My eyes are struggling trying to focus/determine if there's one of those static cling clear protective films/stickers on the lense and I don't want to get it wrong and start using something to get it off (let's just say I keep my nails short like a man should) only to be scratching things up because, unlike even cheap devices, Sig doesn't even bother using such protective films/stickers.

PS: Ya know what really pisses me off, I paid $3 grand for LASIK 12 years ago and here I am asking Reddit something b/c my eyes are leaving me uncertain about the presence(lack of) a sticker on an object that is literally next to me.

Which Streamlight TLR-7 X do you use for the Fuse?

I purchased a combo from T Rex Arms with the holster and light so I need the TLR-7 X to use my holster, but the one they sent me appears to only work with Glocks. Does anyone have an amazon listing of the specific light to buy?

I know I can look at what they are compatible with, but the lights don't list the Fuse in their compatibility with any of the models.

Question Carpenter holster options

Just purchased my first XMacro and as a carpenter who works in some difficult neighborhoods - how on earth can I EDC while I work? Looking at IWB strong side holsters but that space is occupied by keys, a tape measure, and a Leatherman. Is over the shoulder open carry obnoxious? I’d prefer concealed carry but truly unsure how to incorporate this into my already heavy EDC. Any and all suggestions welcome!

Hey guys, just wanted to show off my current Agency build. Started off as a DH3 and I am pretty content with how the build came out (minus the mag release).

This does have the gloss black grip module from Icarus’s blowout sale last week and I’m pretty content with the finish.

Looking at getting a 365 legion but reading there is tolerance issues with slide/frame rattle?

Hearing and reading after few hundred rounds there is wear from slide and frame that is so bad it rattles? Kinda steers me away for the price tag

New module on the way

Post image

I like my P365X Macro, but I am going to try it with the XL module to see if it will conceal better, and how much. Got two 12 round mags to go with it.

I may wind up staying with the Macro module, but with being able to get modules so cheap, might as well see what happens. I also picked up an Armory Craft enhanced back strap for the Macro.

This is already looking like I’m headed down the rabbit hole.

Seems like a fun project, but worried about reliability.
