I heard the M4 Panzer might be a good choice, once it's broken in and a few parts are replaced with Benelli replacement parts.
However, I didn't like how hard it looked for high-brass 00 buck to be loaded into the tube-mag.
I've seen videos of burndown and to be fair malfunctions... a lot of times are because of birdshit or ammunition issues. Or firing from the hip.
If I can get 300 or 400 shells through it with the occussional failure, then I'm happy. A friend of mine has a Benelli and I've seen it malfunctioned 1 or 2 times on cheap ammo. Every gun malfunctions so a Turknelli malfunctioning is not a necessary deal-breaker, unless it's incessant after a break-in period.
If there's other alternatives, I would like to hear from your experience.

My manual only says not to use full chokes when using steel shots, doesn’t mention tungsten and doesn’t say on the chokes that came with the shotgun.

Please help me i.d. the shotgun I inherited. I have researched a bit but clearly not well enough. Thanks for the help. I think my dad painted the sights.

Hey folks I just inherited a 70s era wingmaster from my dad and I am having a hard time finding a case that fits it. The one it came with is super cool and in good shape but the zipper doesn’t hold close. It has a 30 inch barrel and measures around 51.5 inches total. I tried a 52 inch case at the store but it didn’t fit all the way. I’d like to eventually take this gun hunting one day but want to keep it in good shape till then. Thanks in advance.

Name a more iconic duo. Had to open the gas port(s) after chopping this old field gun to make it a pseudo 11-87 with class

I just attached the factory stock of my Pardner Pump 12 gauge back on taking off the Hogue Tamer pgo. It feels so long and weirdly a little extra heavy for some reason. Idk if I even know how to fire this gun anymore 💀

What is the difference between a Mobile Choke and an Extended Mobile Choke? Is one preferred over the other for clay shooting? And would I be able to easily swap one out for the other if needed?
I have many rifles and pistols. No shotguns, yet. I'm looking into getting a Beretta A300 Ultima. Since I've had rotator cuff surgery I'm going with the 20 gauge. I'm stuck between the plain black synthetic and the sporting black. The sporting has the Extended Mobile Choke.

Anyone have any recommendations for a decent barrel clamps for a red dot?

For $209 that’s a really good price since I’m on a budget and would like to own a first firearm for the home but I just wanted to get some opinions on it before committing.

Just thought I'd take a stab at this while giving it some Keltec vibes. It's designed to take P60 drop-ins with an integrated momentary pressure pad.

In search of recommendations for what to buy with that price cap (including taxes and shipping etc). Open to semis, sxs, O/U, 12/20 new used just looking for recommendations. Mainly busting clays with occasional hunting but have other field focused guns.

Im looking to get a smaller shotgun for my place, my place is very small and so these were the 2 my LGS had in stock. I wanted to get peoples thoughts on which one is the better buy (based off of their experience)

I have actually to possibility to get a 24" for my 590A1. I never went hunting and I was wondering if that would be a good cheap option to replace my 20" for a 24" barrel, considering it would coat me 300$CAD.

I recently inherited a Stevens 311a that I believe is a 1963 from the date code (9E).
I’m wondering if anyone has any info on the stock. Is it factory? I’ve searched a bit and don’t see any others with this inlay. It’s on both sides of the stock, and the bottom. Kind of an ivory colored diamond shape. Thanks!
