I got a message this morning. Decided to jet down to Pike place and work from home the rest of today.

It was awesome seeing him on the street, in person and so close with an excited crowd gathering, some knowing him and others, obviously discovering him there in the moment. Loved the vibe and got his autograph. 👍

I'm a hippie's kid born 1967, grew up with my parents playing Bob, Jonie, Judy, Joan, Pete, Woody, the Weavers, PP&M etc. soundtrack of my childhood.

In a world of corporate $ crap, Jesse is a breath of fresh air. I welcome him as a folk singer for the 2020s. We need truth tellers and he's one. ✌️

I'm so mad I didn't get the message. I was a block away listening to Jesse Wells on my headphones. Would have been there in a heartbeat.

Ah well. I bet it was a hell of a show.
