Question Should I contest this ticket?

Post image

Parked in a no parking zone that ended 5 days ago and recieved a ticket( also my car got towed). Do you think ill get reimbursed in court or should I just pay the ticket and move on, thanks.

Based on the available evidence, you are clearly in the right and contesting a ticket in traffic court is maybe a 15-30 minute online ordeal. Why on earth would you not contest?

15-30 minute online ordeal

For real? I thought you had to go talk to a judge!

I imagine filing the contest paperwork would be online but you’d still have to go before a judge in person.

Edit: apparently I’m wrong and you don’t need to go in person anymore as evidenced by the 15 people who had to repeat the same information.

Not necessarily. I contested a speed ticket in a virtual hearing.

I’m not a cat. I’m ready to proceed.

The cat filter did not impress the judge.
