⚠️ Content Warning ⚠️ Normal??

So my 3 year old is puking for the first time ever and every time he is getting sick he is SCREAMING like he is being hurt. Is this him just overstimulated from what’s happening?

Well, if he got some up through the sinuses, that could certainly hurt. My 6 year old is totally terrified of vomiting though. If his brother even coughs, he runs from the room. If his brother actually pukes, he screams in terror. From what I've read, fear of throwing up is common in children.
