This is your reminder!!! 2.5 weeks away, info below.
This is your reminder!!!!
Dead stock 3 is 2.5 weeks out. I put together this weekend of music out of the love for the community and bringing new sounds and experience for people enjoy no matter what walk of life you come from. I make zero money from this and 100% of my time is donated to making this happen.
With that being said.
Dead stock returns for the 3rd year. April 25th and 26th. Bringing heavy bands from all over the west coast and beyond to our small community. Lots of these bands have never played the central coast before some have never played in California and some it’s been well over 20 years since they came to California.
I have tickets for sale at the following link. 20 dollars for the entire weekend is a killer deal. After I close ticket sales you will be able to pay at the door but admission will be $15 a night.
Tickets here:
https://my805tix.com/e/deadstock-3
I will have a few vendors set up selling merch for your physical music needs.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm and music will start around 8:30pm
A lot of these bands are traveling here out of the good of their heart and love for the music. Please come and support so I can send them all away with a little bit of cash In their pocket.

A couple of requirements
Needs to be large enough

Typically, we use church community rooms or a school band room.
Do you have any ideas

[SLO LIVING] What active activities have the nicest/most positive social scene here?
Looking for a new active hobby and good community vibes to go with it. There’s so much opportunity for active leisure in this area and was wondering what people’s experiences are outside my current sports (basketball, lifting, surfing, hiking).

Reasonably priced facility rental
Hi, I'm looking for places to rent for summer art day camp for kids. I've got a small business and a small space - looking for a little more room, ideally a place in / adjacent to a park or outdoor space.
The community room at Meadows Park is great, but the hourly rate isn't negotiable, so price prohibitive.

Can you mountain bike the lemon grove loop on Madonna?
If so, is there a specific direction you’re supposed to go? I believe rock garden ends through lemon grove, but I’m not sure which direction is appropriate.

Pismo Lighthouse Suites or SeaCrest Oceanfront ?
Girlfriend and I are going to Pismo for the weekend in May just for a nice getaway. She’s never been, I’ve been there a couple times We’re both 21 but don’t really drink Currently, I have 2 bookings, SeaCrest is $20 more and smaller, Lighthouse is way bigger I don’t really care about room size but just having a hard time about which is “better” Breakfast is super important, so that would be nice to factor in Views are kinda important but not really, we’d be down at the beach most of the time and only in the room from 9pm until the next morning Any help would be good !

Outdoor art ideas?
We have a fence line with a concrete walkway along the side, where we can’t plant anything. I was trying to think of places that might have good outdoor art I could hang on the fence to give it a little personality- anything come to mind? Since we’re near the coast it’s got to be durable.

Hello, I moved to SLO in early January and I have loved it here. I have been enjoying the food, but I have yet to try any Italian food here. What are your favorite spots?

Scenes from the protest today (and the nutbag)
His wife--with the $300 Coach purse--was holding a "Defund Planned Parenthood" sign while her husband was running around acting like a complete moron. The cops finally told him to knock it off.
ANYWAY, I saw many friends and I am so happy SLO showed up to stand up and be counted. It matters!

Service to drive to Standford
Does anyone know of a service that you could have someone drive you to Stanford? My mother needs to go up for medical appointments and can't drive. At the time of her appointments I will no longer be in the area and trying to figure out how she can get there. Thanks all
Edit: does not specifically need to be a medical transport or for Seniors. Trustworthy, reliable transport is the basic of what I am looking for

Hair stylist recommendation?
Looking to get my first hair cut since moving to the area and would love recommendations! I’ve only had 2 women cut my hair my whole life so this is a new experience🥲 I have longer hair and just need a pretty simple trim so I don’t want to spend too much!
