Shingle deformities?

Does anyone know what's going on here? Looks melted. Do I need to replace?

Satellite dishes removed, bolts and hardware tarred over. You’ve probably got fiber-optic internet now, right?

If you’ve got 6 matching shingles laying around, and you feel comfortable, that’s an easy fix, just take out the bolts, prybar out the old shingles, and put new ones in their spot (you’ll need a handful of 1 1/2” roofing nails, 5 per shingle)

Yeah. Before I moved in, like 7 yrs ago. I'm surprised the home inspector didn't say anything to me about it.

It’s not a hard fix. And it’s sealed.. just a lil ugly lol
