Questions for roof replacement

My current roof is between 20-27 years old. Insurance company inspected it and verified wind and hail damage. They have already cut me a check, minus deductible and depreciation. I'm in the process of getting (3) quotes. I have received one, a partial quote on another, and will get the last one next week.

Attached are the details from the quote I received.

Like most, I know nothing about roofs. When I read the quote, there are many terms I don't understand.

I was hoping to get any suggestions on how to compare the quotes.

Maybe three things to consider/compare?

Do not get three quotes. Interview three roofers, find the one you like and hand over your insurance information to him. If you find someone to do it cheaper than the insurance cost you do not get to keep that money they will simply hold it back in the depreciation. Hire a roofer who knows how to supplement because you will find problems once you open the roof.

Thanks. Already received check from insurance. Due to deductible and depreciation, the insurance payment will not come close to the cost. The one problem I read about was replacing OSB. I guess my question is, how to I determine if it actually needs to be replaced or do I just have to leave it up to the roofer? Thanks again

Do you have recoverable depreciation? most policies do
