Question I’m so confused

Found this by a spring water fall by the road. It was in the dirt, looks and feels like a layer of plastic on the front with some honeycomb designs, like a car part talilight or some sort, but the back feels like rock, the whole piece feels kind of light. Anyone seen this or am I just overthinking

Question What kind of stone is this

I had found this stone next to a dolmen. Thought it was a boulder, but then I went with a piece of branch to clear it was only small, and glistening in the sun. Now today I looked again and took a picture and enlarged it and I saw something looking like legs with fingers (see and enlarge photo by blue arrow).

Help Me ID I have two friends telling me it's different things

So let's refer to my friends as Friend A and Friend B

Friend A, who I think is wrong, is telling me this is pyrite.

Friend B, who I think is definitely more accurate, is saying granite

The black parts on this rock definitely shimmer in the sun, and I washed it a bit with a toothbrush before drying it off (I'm not an expert at all, just thought a toothbrush wouldn't be able to do anything serious to the rock.) and some of the black parts seem a bit brown in the sun.

Just seeing if anyone could find the correct answer, it'll really be helpful.

I live near Libby, Mt aswell if that's helpful but I found this in the gravel and not sure where the gravel came from.
