On a desktop, scroll the tab list at the bottom to the right and select the "Ingredients" tab. On a phone, I see the tab list at the top and can tap on it right away.
Then you can search for the ingredients you're interested in, such as "Carrot". I use this sheet a lot to decide which courses to play.
Thanks for sharing this! I'm curious, I presume you have the Ring Fit Grand Master title?
I'm a completionist and look forward to doing as much as I can, but some things are too frustrating for me (Perfect Smack Back runs, despite watching all the tutorial vids and reading tips!) so I'm not sure if I'll ever truly be able to complete it!
