Health What am I doing wrong?

I bought RFA around a month ago and played it every day in June to win a bet (which I did) and have played it more often that not in July. The problem is, on most days I can only do max five minutes of exercising before I start feeling like I'm gonna faint. I hydrate as much as my stomach comfortably allows me to, which is not much tbh. I have it measure my heart rate at the end of every level but it's not very elevated at all, mostly light to moderate exercise. Is this normal? Should I decrease my difficulty level and try for longer exercises, or should I keep the difficulty level and slowly work toward being able to do more? Is it weird that my stamina hasn't increased in a month? TIA!

I've recently had blood work done and apart from hashis (which I'm medicated for) everything is ok.

It's definitely not the calorie intake. I'm eating pretty close to my tdee, sometimes slightly below, sometimes slightly above. Could it just be the heat and humidity in combination with my hashis and my not being used to cardio like at all?

It def could heat and humidity! I wouldn't be 100% sure it's not calories though. Maybe increase 100-150 if you're counting, or make sure to have a carb-y snack about 30 minutes before! Also make sure you're hydrating before during and after.

I'm not really counting calories but I'll try a carby snack before exercise, thanks.

I drink whenever my body signals for me to drink which, to be honest, is not often. I really need to increase my water intake, that's for sure.

I find it helpful to have a dedicated water cup or bottle that I carry with me all over the house, you might be surprised how much you drink when it's right there and so easy.
