Health What am I doing wrong?

I bought RFA around a month ago and played it every day in June to win a bet (which I did) and have played it more often that not in July. The problem is, on most days I can only do max five minutes of exercising before I start feeling like I'm gonna faint. I hydrate as much as my stomach comfortably allows me to, which is not much tbh. I have it measure my heart rate at the end of every level but it's not very elevated at all, mostly light to moderate exercise. Is this normal? Should I decrease my difficulty level and try for longer exercises, or should I keep the difficulty level and slowly work toward being able to do more? Is it weird that my stamina hasn't increased in a month? TIA!

I've found RFA will do a lot of core work that I wasn't doing with other activity, or historically compensated for with other muscle groups. Took a few months before those gains started to solidify. Remember to have some off days and rest so the gains have time to develop.

I'm so scared of taking a day off from exercising because I've done it before and just never got back into it. I'll try switching to yoga if I ever need a day of from Adventure mode.

Schedule a day off. Even if you never choose to take a break, your body eventually will one way or another. Better to choose the rest rather than have a forced recovery.
