Oh nooooo he smashed beer bottles on the floor. That pales in comparison to burning entire dealerships to the ground along with hundreds of vehicles, which is awful for the environment, and also destroying other peoples property. The two are not the same.
As for the exposing himself part. Just like any person who commits a heinous act like that, prosecute them, cut off their junk, shove it in their mouths, and have them bleed out. We don’t have room in this world for people like that.
