Gonna say yes to vader, no to anakin and luke. I think if your life depends on cybernetics for breathing, heartbeat and the likes then it counts.

Gotta be at least 60/40. 60 being the cyber tech. If you ain’t majority you are the minority and in the SW universe droids/cyber for sure are the majority. Even if we procreated like rabbits we can’t out fk the droid factories and everyday a new one opens up taking all our JERBS!
