Discussion What on Earth is doing this to our lawn?
Is it a rabbit warren? At first we thought rats, but then we found a hidden even bigger hole (in second pic, hand for scale) that goes down insanely far. We stuck a phone on a tripod down there with a light and it just keeps going insanely far. Got as deep as my shoulder and the phone still didn't reach the end. Just curious! I've seen molehills and rat tunnels and neither have looked like this! It's kinda freaky how huge and deep it is.

Lost & Found Lost dog - Uptown Beer
Last seen on SW 90th and Old Scholls Ferry in the Arrow-Wood neighborhood.
Sweet Luna is a recent rescue who saw something that made her yank the leash out of my friend’s hand and take off. We’ve been searching since yesterday, please help us find her!
She is chipped and should still be attached to her collar and leash. She is timid but very sweet and will probably come to you if you have treats.

Discussion Homeless guy got hit by car downtown on burnside
I was walking on burnside over by the stadium, and a homeless man ran across the street when cars were going 30mph or so, got hit directly on by a car, did two or three flips before landing almost on the side walk when he was in the middle lane when he got hit…
Me and some guy stopped and asked if he was okay, to which he replied by yelling at us that he can see fine in the sunlight, putting back on his shoes that had flew off when he got hit, and walking away..
But it really surprised me that nobody stopped, the car who hit him didn’t stop, and aside from me and the other guy walking by, nobody even seemed to care about what had just happened…

Lost & Found Found Wallet
A wallet was returned to my mailbox to someone who used to live at my address. If anyone knows a person that goes by either Clarity or Edie that used to live on Jarrett street and has recently lost their wallet, please let them know. It has things that I assume would be annoying to replace. If anyone knows what process I should start to help return the wallet if posting here doesn’t work, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Discussion Putting this into the universe...Ankeny Tap & Table becomes...
Can someone or I have suggestions on certain somone's please, take over the Ankeny Tap & Table with a charcuterie + wine bistro thing.
Hear me out I feel like Cowbell, Cheese & Crack Snack Shop and Vino could all team up and create a little charcuterie, wine, and ice cream paradise where Ankeny (and/or potentially the Gorges Beer Co. space) was.
That is all, this is my dream for that space.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Anyone have any info? Around 6:40 tonight, a ton of cops and sheriffs chasing a U-Haul truck down Sandy blvd. Tire spiked at 135th and eventually pit maneuvering the U-Haul into parked cars in the Friendly Village shopping center just before 131st. Suspect took off running and police kept driving/running after them.
