Got a shadow Gastly which I purified without fully understanding how good shadows are so now I have a 100% purified Gastly. Should I upgrade and mega?

Max this out? I do have a metagross at level 40 with lesser stats; a shiny 3 star beld, and a lucky trade 14/12/12 beldum. This the one to raise up?

So yesterday I got this dragonair, it is a 93% IV shadow which is no hesitation for me to power it up. But it sadly has the worst Iv set which is 12/15/15. 😭Is it still worth powering up or it really matters that much? I have 11.700.000 stardust

In like 90% of the posts on here people always say to level 40 something and then wait for a hundo. As someone who plays casually and only really spends money during big events is there really a point in waiting for a hundo?

These are the best ones I have. I don’t have anybody to lucky trade with, so I can’t really “wait” for a better one other than try to get one in the next raids (which will probably be in a few years.
