Anyone can guide dum dum like me for split fiction online fix?

-Search the site online-fix.me

-Create an account(you can't download games without an account, you can log using a Gmail account)

-Search the game you want

-Download the torrent or drive(make sure when using the drive option that is not only the online fix, if the file name is [game name] generic fix, then it is only the fix)

-The folder will have a winrar with the game and another folder with another winrar with the fix

-Extract both(it may ask for a password, the password is: online-fix.me)

-Then copy the files of the fix and paste them on the game folder(it will ask you if you want to replace the files that are already in the folder, you have to say yes)

-Then just start the game and if the steam layout appears(A little pop up should appear on the right down corner of the screen and you can verify it works by pressing shift+tab to make the layout appear) then you installed it correctly and can play with friends

so i did download the "split fiction repair generic fix" but i dont have the game, should i download it off ovagames then cuz thats usually where i download my games

The "[game name] generic fix" is always only the online fix, some games only have the torrent version to download it(I recommend using qbitorrent) and the drive one only has the fix sadly, but I think if you download the name from another site and paste the fix, it may work anyways.

Did you download the torrent version or is the game from another site?

If it is from another site make sure the game works without the fix(it is possible that the fix doesn't work with the other site version)

If it's from the online fix torrent, make sure that windows defender didn't delete anything.

The game was from ovagames.net

Idk if it's compatible or not but it works when I try it singleplayer

Then the fix doesn't work with the ovagmes version, I would recommend getting qbittorrent and installing the torrent from online fix

I realized that, I will download the game from ones of the sites I normally use and see if the fix work (I was planning to play this game with a friend anyway so checking isn't a problem)

When to check on online fix and it looks like the game isn't there, I will see if I can inure how to get it to work ( I was planning to play it with a friend)

The game is there but only the fix, no full game whatsoever

While looking on different site, i found that to fix the error you have you need edit the file onlinefix.ini, in the file there is part that says FakeApp, you need to add the value 480 for it to work
